I reserved a room for two nights at the Anaheim Hilton. There was an explicit guarantee that the room would be available upon checking in. The hotel was overbooked and I was pressured to go to another hotel, albeit they offered to put $100 towards the other hotel fee. I was exhausted and just wanted to go to the room I already paid for so I declined the offer. The person helping me disappeared for about 20 min and came back and said she found a room for me. I got to the room and it had a thick odor of urine. The sliding glass door was shattered. The tub was filled with grime and dirt. The bathroom light fixture was down and laying across the sink. The toilet was not working, had no water in its tank, nor a lid on it. It was full of presumably week old urine which explains why the stench permeated the entire room. I called and complained and again they pressured me to go to another hotel. The staff was rude, and seemingly incompetent. When I told them about the room, they offered to "freshen" up the bathroom. It's as if I did not just tell them there was broken toilet, no lights, and a dirty tub, and shattered window. It was uninhabitable. I said I'm not going to another hotel because I already paid for my room and I was guaranteed it would be here. They said they would move me to another room of a guest who hadn't yet arrived. I can only assume they had to go through the same experience. There was no compensation offered for any of this.

Nice hotel and good walking distance from the Disneyland parks. I'd stay here again instead of paying for their hotels that are on the property.

I had reserved a room with a king bed and they gave me a room with two full beds. I was going to call and get moved but was too tired and just went to bed but they didn't honor my original reservation.

Beautiful place to stay at. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming and courteous. I had been at the DMV the day before and left my license at home with all the papers I had taken to the DMV office with me. I approached the reception for an early check in and the hotel staff was very kind and the manager approved an alternate form of ID. I was so glad I wasn't going to have to drive back 2 hours to get my ID at home! The room was very nice and had a view. I had stayed at the Hilton there years ago, and I could tell that there was a little more wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. But, overall conditions were very nice. The beds, pillows, and comforters there ALWAYS surpass any other hotel's. After all, we basically only go to the hotel to sleep and freshen up for the next day :) We were celebrating a birthday and forgot a corkscrew for the wine, we called room service and they very kindly brought us one in a very timely manner! There was only one cup for tea/coffee, but two lids. Simple mistake. Check out was very easy! There was a HUGE line of people checking in as it was Memorial Day weekend when we were leaving. There was a very nice young lady at the line helping those who only needed to check out. The only disappointment was that she told us our parking pass was still good until midnight that same day, as we were still basically hotel guests that day, but was we were leaving the lady at the parking structure said we'd have to pay another day. It'd be nice if the parking was included.

Amazing trip. Love this hotel. Will stay there anytime i get a chance

Good stay. Bathroom ceiling had water damage though.

Helpful staff clean and comfy will stay again Starbucks in building

We came here to get away and I'm glad we did. Everyone who works here is so nice and pleasant . Very easy to check in and I love it here

It its a really nice hotel the only problem is that they charge you 16 dollars per night for parking that looks really bad.

Starbucks and Baja Fresh are a plus. Overnight parking fees a minus. Room was clean and service was good with friendly staff. We have stayed here twice and feel that overall it is a good value.

Although the price was significantly more than surrounding hotels, I was willing to pay more for the location of this hotel and quality synonymous with the Hilton name. Unknowingly, we selected a weekend when the DECA convention was being held at this same venue. The hotel was packed. Their pool is not nearly large enough to accommodate such crowds and my daughter was very disappointed that she wasn't able to enjoy the water on a hot evening. After a very short dip in the pool, we decided to find dinner and get a good night's sleep before our day at Disney the next day. Imagine our surprise to find out that the food court closed at 7p on a Saturday night. Starbucks closed at 6p! To get food that a child could enjoy, we had to leave the hotel altogether. We were on the 10th floor which was allegedly designated a "quiet floor" both day and night. I took great care to ensure my 3 year old daughter was quiet as we walked through the halls. We were exhausted so we settled into bed. However, at midnight, we were all awoken to a party of teenagers and young "adults" in the room next to ours. It went on for at least 30 minutes until my husband finally knocked on their door and asked them to quiet down. The party started again at 3a. We also called the front desk to report the disturbance. Although we were told someone would respond, nothing seemed to change. Finally, there is a charge for EVERYTHING - parking, microwave, rollaway bed, etc.

Nothing special about this place. Just an averge, run of the mill hotel. The room was OK, could have been a Best Western.

Easy check in. Very nice room and the pool was very nice. Great location near convention center

Very comfortable and close to Disneyland the room location was far from elevators however. Otherwise close to stores and downtown Disney. Great choice

The Hilton Anaheim was everything a full sized hotel should be. The design is good and modern. The staff was friendly, attentive, upbeat and helpful. The room was comfortable and good sized. We had a partial view of California Adventure. The laundry facilities were good, complete with vending soap, bleach and fabric softener. The parking is $16/day with in and out privileges. It is close enough to walk to Disney.

Walkable to nice restaurants, though food court also has options for something quick. Hours of operation can vary, so be sure to check times.

Parking lot and roadway access constantly blocked by semi trucks trying to park. Bathroom fixtures are in need of repair, 15 mins for bath to drain. A/C is extremely noisy and lack cooling and heating abilities, ran all night long trying to get to 72 degrees (80 degree day). Elevators consistently too full to enter, atleast you'll get a workout in when you give up and take the stairs. I do not recommend this hotel. The Marriott next door may cost more, but it's worth it. Comparable to a run down holiday inn minus the free breakfast.

The Hilton Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Fairly easy to buy a shuttle bus pass out front to head over to Disneyland. The main dining room was quite pricey so we mostly went to the lobby Starbucks, but wake up early or you'll be waiting in line for at least 20-30 minutes.

We requested 2 queen beds and received 1 king and a roll-out. Even though it may not have been what we preferred, it worked out well since the staff member gave us the roll- out and overnight parking for free. Also, it was very closely located to the Disneyland shuttle.
