Great hotel, but I think Orbitz requiring you to actually write something rather than just checking boxes on how the stay was is very inconvenient.

The hotel itself was beautiful. We happened to pick a weekend where the hotel was full for some type of dance show. The lobby and elevators were full of kids and parents running from one show to the next so it was a bit louder and busier than we expected. Overall our experience was nice. I do wish the food courts had more variety and I wish they offered the food they said on the menus. We waited for 30 minutes to order burgers and fries and by the time we got to the window they were out of half the burgers milkshakes and fries. We had to wait another 30 min for them to actually bring us our food. Other than the dining I think the hotel is pretty great.

beautiful hotel. roof top heated pool and Jacuzzi. Amazing but expensive breakfast. Wonderful servers and hotel staff. Enterprise car rental on site. Disney buses right outside hotel. Very close to Disney, clinics, subway, shopping malls, etc. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very happy with my stay

We took the family to Disneyland and it worked perfectly. Wish they offered breakfast, but overall the hotel is great.

Wifi didn't work. Bathroom toilet bubbled up 24/7, which is a sign of serious mechanical / plumbing issues. Asked for foam pillow, and they ignored the request until the second day. Check out can only be described as an absolute nightmare. Valet staff was super awesome, but that's about where it ends for this Hotel. Clean hotel, except for lobby area bathrooms were a complete disaster. This hotel needs help from corporate, if they want to continue to hold themselves apart and higher than a holiday inn or red roof inn. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was delicious. Drinks at the bar were great. The room, dusty my whole family was sneezing and itching. The ventilation was putting out dusty air. Pillows were flat.

This hotel is great for a night rest before a day at Disneyland. They serve breakfast as early as 6am and are a mile from the park. There’s an option to take a city bus ($5.50 per day) or walk the 10-15 minute walk. Rooms were clean and servers at breakfast were incredibly hospitable. Be sure to eat a made to order omelette- amazing! This hotel is huge and includes a gift shop and Starbucks. If you opt to use Super Shuttle to transport you between the airport and back, be sure to book your return trip ASAP. We waited too long and had to uber back to LAX (much more expensive).

The facility was a welcome respite after miles of walking and standing in Disney. A really great hotel for the price.

Hotel was ok feel like it was over priced and u would expect to get free parking since you are paying almost 200 a night room had some issues and the walls are thin u can hear everything kept me from sleeping well

I was given a handicap room and when I told them I wasn't handicapped they charged me to be moved to normal room. When I returned home I was also charged for phone calls I did not make. The bathrooms were dirty. The staff was also rude and could have cared less. Very disappointing!

We loved the hotel and it’s amenities. It was chilly during our stay, but we still enjoyed the water slide area, pool and spa. We will likely stay here for every future vacation!

Loved everything about this hotel. If I absolutely had to pick one thing to improve it would be the wait time to check in. Would also be great if there was a free shuttle to Disneyland but they say you can take the bus for free I think. We just drove. The room was amazing though. The staff was incredible. Nice and easy valet parking, fridge in the room and even great bath products from Peter Thomas Roth! This will be our new go-to hotel when we go to Disneyland.

more way to transport to parksmore facilities of shops, restaurant

Would never go back. My two year old found a pill on the side of the bed. This is after the maid had cleaned the room. I told the manager and he didn't even have anything to say.

I looked forward to being in my room. I liked the view. Registration was easy and everyone at the hotel was extremely customer service oriented. I felt taken care of. Room service was great. The bellhop was wonderful. Recommend highly.

I had staff repeatedly give me incorrect information about accommodating a pet during an emergency situation, got a charge I was told I wouldn't recieve, got a room with dirty clothes in it with no resolve and it smelled like smoke in a no smoking area. When I filed a complaint with on site manager they gave no help and scolded me for coming to them. When I filed a complaint with the primary line their literall and exact words were "good luck with your complaint". Will NEVER book with a Hilton again.

Hidden fees. Nickel-and-dime-ing. Paying extra for the gym. 4pm check-in time and having to pay an upgrade fee for checking in early. Very disappointed with the experience.

Our hotel was nice , bathrooms need to be updated with tile and such , room door and closet door interfered with each other . But other than that room was great , hotel was nice and big with a lot to offer ! Parking was expensive but the In and out privileges were a plus

Went to stay for Disney and Universal experience. Best part of stay was location and staff

I attended a conference at the Anaheim Marriot but it was actually cheaper to stay at the Hilton which was right across the street. Staff always held open the door as I went in and was very helpful in getting a taxi when I needed it. My room was comfortable, quiet and clean. I did not have a Disneyland or pool view but it was still a nice courtyard view with the palm trees in the distance.
