Everything was perfect, but not having free breakfast will prevent me from booking in future.

Not sure why this hotel has high ratings. There are many comparable, if not nicer, hotels near the Disney Parks. We found room service dishes sitting in the hallway fo hours. It is next to the convention center, and there were groups consisting of hundreds of people. A very busy and loud hotel in the public areas. If you have a desire to have Amazon Now deliveries to the hotel you must be in the lobby to meet them or your package is sent to their FedEX delivery and you’ll have to pay additional fees per pound if they receive it. WiFi is not free at any Hilton hot l unless you’re a Hilton Honors member, and the perks are only available when you book directly with Hilton, so no third party (Orbitz, Expedia, etc.) booking if you want the perks.

Hotel was very nice. I was not pleased with the wifi as I had to work while in town. It never worked. Even the facility they provide was hard to understand. I didn't figure it out until I was leaving and I had many people come up to me asking me how to get online so, I helped them all. The pool was very dirty. The room was cleaned and no more toilet paper was left so, we had to call to get more late at night. The hotel was in a good location and facility was clean and inviting.

Clean friendly hotel with no ce staff and good location.

Stayed one night so can’t comment besides easy check-in and check out. Comfortable room. Hotel looked to have lots of great amenities.

Hotel is convenient to convention center. And 20-30 minute walk to Disney. Hotel was super loud. Lots of people there to party. My wife and i had to call security on our neighbors for throwing a party. The hotel did talk care of it though.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel close walking distance to Disney.

Great hotel, but I think Orbitz requiring you to actually write something rather than just checking boxes on how the stay was is very inconvenient.

The hotel itself was beautiful. We happened to pick a weekend where the hotel was full for some type of dance show. The lobby and elevators were full of kids and parents running from one show to the next so it was a bit louder and busier than we expected. Overall our experience was nice. I do wish the food courts had more variety and I wish they offered the food they said on the menus. We waited for 30 minutes to order burgers and fries and by the time we got to the window they were out of half the burgers milkshakes and fries. We had to wait another 30 min for them to actually bring us our food. Other than the dining I think the hotel is pretty great.

beautiful hotel. roof top heated pool and Jacuzzi. Amazing but expensive breakfast. Wonderful servers and hotel staff. Enterprise car rental on site. Disney buses right outside hotel. Very close to Disney, clinics, subway, shopping malls, etc. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very happy with my stay

We took the family to Disneyland and it worked perfectly. Wish they offered breakfast, but overall the hotel is great.

Wifi didn't work. Bathroom toilet bubbled up 24/7, which is a sign of serious mechanical / plumbing issues. Asked for foam pillow, and they ignored the request until the second day. Check out can only be described as an absolute nightmare. Valet staff was super awesome, but that's about where it ends for this Hotel. Clean hotel, except for lobby area bathrooms were a complete disaster. This hotel needs help from corporate, if they want to continue to hold themselves apart and higher than a holiday inn or red roof inn. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was delicious. Drinks at the bar were great. The room, dusty my whole family was sneezing and itching. The ventilation was putting out dusty air. Pillows were flat.

This hotel is great for a night rest before a day at Disneyland. They serve breakfast as early as 6am and are a mile from the park. There’s an option to take a city bus ($5.50 per day) or walk the 10-15 minute walk. Rooms were clean and servers at breakfast were incredibly hospitable. Be sure to eat a made to order omelette- amazing! This hotel is huge and includes a gift shop and Starbucks. If you opt to use Super Shuttle to transport you between the airport and back, be sure to book your return trip ASAP. We waited too long and had to uber back to LAX (much more expensive).

The facility was a welcome respite after miles of walking and standing in Disney. A really great hotel for the price.

Hotel was ok feel like it was over priced and u would expect to get free parking since you are paying almost 200 a night room had some issues and the walls are thin u can hear everything kept me from sleeping well

I was given a handicap room and when I told them I wasn't handicapped they charged me to be moved to normal room. When I returned home I was also charged for phone calls I did not make. The bathrooms were dirty. The staff was also rude and could have cared less. Very disappointing!

We loved the hotel and it’s amenities. It was chilly during our stay, but we still enjoyed the water slide area, pool and spa. We will likely stay here for every future vacation!

Loved everything about this hotel. If I absolutely had to pick one thing to improve it would be the wait time to check in. Would also be great if there was a free shuttle to Disneyland but they say you can take the bus for free I think. We just drove. The room was amazing though. The staff was incredible. Nice and easy valet parking, fridge in the room and even great bath products from Peter Thomas Roth! This will be our new go-to hotel when we go to Disneyland.
