We really had no issues with the hotel. Only one time did we get back and they were still cleaning the room.Lots of places to eat around the area, but higher then normal due to the area.

We chose this hotel in large part to the fact that they had a suite, which we needed for six people. I was also excited about this hotel's proximity to Disneyland, which was the reason for our stay. That part was great and if this were the only hotel at a reasonable price so close to the park (easy walk), I would stay there again and even recommend it. But to me, for the supposedly discounted price of over $200 for a weeknight that we paid, the quality of the room was not worth it. First of all, parking is $15 and tight and hard to get on your own. They have valet parking if there are no spots available for self-parking and that is a pain. Secondly, it is more like a motel where you walk up outside stairs and enter your room via an outside "hallway." Third, I expected a suite to have two bathrooms, but there was only one that was in the "bedroom." My husband and I slept in the main room, which is where the king bed was (??) and we had to enter the bedroom where our daughter and her friends were to use the bathroom. It was awkward and annoying. Upon check-in, I was disappointed by the tiny no frills lobby. The staff were courteous but not friendly. In the morning we discovered that my daughter forgot her toothbrush and the gift shop pricing was outrageous. I guess that is to be expected but it seems to me that a basic toothbrush should be sold at a reasonable price. Overall, this hotel was fine, but I will try 10 others nearby before considering this one again.

Great location right across the street from Disney. Easy to walk to and from, lots of food options, beautiful hotel room, lots of room for my 2 kids to play with their toys and not be in the way of me walking around them. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would give a 5 start but my room didn't have any hotel info in regards to room service, or amenities so I'm really now sure if I was supposed to have a food menu or tv channel guide or gym hours...but it wasnt a huge deal since most of our time was spent at the park anyway.

The suite ws perfect for us. Very comfortable for 5 adults. 3 more came in to visit. Plenty of seating. Fun to see kids going to disneyland

Our group of three adults stayed here for four nights in Feb 2017. The room - the two queen beds were very comfortable, although the pillows weren’t the best. The room was a good size with the large sink/counter in the main room with a separate room for the commode and tub/shower. No problem with hot water. There was a coffee maker in the room, although we didn’t use it. There was also a microwave and refrigerator. My only complaint was a “heavy-footed” upstairs neighbor on the one morning we slept in. Location - We loved the location. It’s a short distance from the crosswalk over to the resort. We never felt that it was going to be too far to walk. Food - No food at the hotel but it is next door to a very slow McDonalds and close to Panera. For breakfast, I would recommend downloading the Panera app and pre-ordering breakfast. It’ll be ready when you get there and you can enjoy it on your way to the parks. Transportation - we arrived at Orange County airport/SNA and took Uber each way. That worked really well.

My family recently stayed here for for a week visit to Disneyland. I must say the hotel staff was exceptional, always very pleasant to be around and accommodating. The hotel room was well kept and the beds were comfortable enough. The rooms were a little bit tight, for two adults and two young children, but we made do just fine. You can also see the Disneyland fireworks from their balcony. The walk from inside Disneyland was 10-12 minutes which was perfectly doable. Our first room was on the 5th floor above either the HVAC or pool room and it sounded like a helicopter flying outside of our room. I asked to change rooms and they were very accommodating. I would simply ask to NOT be put near the pool.

We recently stayed at the Camelot Inn for a 5 day Disney vacation. You cannot beat the location. Less than a ten minute walk to the front gates. You have to pay to park per day, but that's standard of any hotel that close to Disney and we only used our car a couple of times once we were there so it was nice to not have to worry about it. The room (two bedroom suite) was big enough for the five of us to not feel like we were on top of each other and enough room in the common area for us to sit together. The beds were so comfy that combined with our exhaustion of chasing a two year old around Disneyland, we were out like a light every single night. The water pressure in the shower leaves a little to be desired, and I wish they had different shower curtains as it was constantly touching and sticking to me, but that's personal preference. The bottom of the tub is very slippery and my two year old fell several times while I was trying to bathe her. We could watch the fireworks from right outside of our front door on the fifth floor, which was totally awesome. The only downside to the fifth floor is that it was so so so loud every time someone walked by. And most of the guests didn't seem to realize how loud it was as they were screaming down the hall to each other outside of my room where my daughter was attempting to sleep. Overall, it was a great experience, and for the price, I don't think you can beat it. I will definitely be staying here again.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room perfect for family of six. A little noisy from traffic. Would stay here again.

This was the second time I have stayed here. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Disney parks. Comfortable, clean room. Microwave and small fridge great for family travel. We were greeted by hotel staff each time we left or returned.

The personal is too polite...nice and good... Charged me for parking but the ballet service was so good... Is better if you add breakfast pass or discount at the near restaurant's

This was our first trip to Disneyland and we found this hotel on Orbitz. It was very reasonably priced for the area. The hotel is a little bit older but the facility is very clean and the staff were super nice and helpful.

Every thing was good. Could see fireworks from Disneyland every night from balcony

Although not the newest hotel, the rooms were spotless and it was very quiet. Location was exceptional and I felt very safe (just my daughter and I traveling). Staff was super helpful. Wish there was breakfast, and parking became a little pricey, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had super low expectations given the price, but the room was modern and very comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Less than a 10 minute walk to the park. Id highly recommend this place over any of the officially Disneyland hotels. They simply aren't worth the premium you pay.

Very convenient to arrive at Disneyland when they open. Return to hotel after lunch and during hottest period of the day in July (85+ degrees). After a little nap, return to Disneyland in late afternoon and stay till midnight with refreshed energy.

Older hotel...needs a complete face lift. The staff is kind and attentive. The house housekeeping staff is thorough and the fireworks show (9pm nightly) is fantastic. If you're looking for great proximity to Disneyland and a place to crash, this is a good hotel. If you want fancy, go to the Hyatt and use their $5 shuttles.

It's all about the location. This place offers no complementary breakfast, but if you had the complementary breakfast from other places near Disney you know that you are not missing much. I was on the 4th floor and I didnt really hear much from the floor below but I could hear people walking by outside the room pretty clearly, but I was too tired to be bothered by it. The room itself was clean, no bugs of any sort. One concern that I did have was that the valet was no where to be found when I checked in at 1:00am. You register your vehicle with the valet, and I would be nervous leaving keys with the valet especially if you have a plane to catch. My suggestion would be to, self park and skip any valet service.

Great, friendly staff. Easy check-in/check-out. My only complaint is that the shower did not get very hot. After a long day waiting in lines at Disneyland a relaxing hot shower is a must.

We were VERY pleased with our overall stay; the place was less than half the price of the Grand Californian, yet was the first hotel in the area other than the Howard Johnson's that didn't: (a) Suck (b) Lie about how far it was to the park (c) Both The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful to a man (or woman). The valets couldn't help but run everywhere. Other than the fact that every machine in the place seemed to be broken, it was a really nice stay.

Close enough to Disneyland to walk back to the hotel in the afternoon for a nap. Area seems safe aside from the few beggars found in the area holding signs asking for money. Hotel was clean and comfortable, parking appears limited, however we never had issues.
