You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

This was our first winter trip to the beach and we are hooked! We loved the spacious condo, it had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. I was traveling with my daughter and son in law along with a 5 year old and a 9 month old. We didn’t want to leave!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property is beautiful! My only complaints are minor- the master shower was full of sand and there were no bath mats or anything on the floor so we had to use our towels to put on the floor. I suggest getting some bathroom floor mats. Everything else was perfect!

The Penthouse condo was fantastic! It was the perfect size for ten guests. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean. The condo was well stocked with card games, board games, and plenty of dishes for us to use. We loved the pool, hot tub, and workout room. CLEAN, SPACIOUS, WONDERFUL!

This penthouse was absolutely wonderful. MUST be maintained by wonderful people, as well, that care about how people feel when they stay! My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon here and can't wait to return! I had one minor complaint. The jacuzzi tub was pretty much unusable due to running out of warm water so quickly. We spent a lot of time trying to use but never could get enough water in it to use. My advice - tankless hot water heater! Other than that, no complaints!

Impulse trip to warmth, sand and sea

A last minute impulse trip to leave a record snowfall winter in Northern Michigan lead us to the Alabama Coast and Orange Beach. We (myself and 2 friends) landed on Summerchase and this unit for couple of reasons: my parents had visited here 20 years ago and the location is devoid of high rises on each side giving a feeling of spaciousness and isolation yet close to everything. The fine sugar sand beach is one of the best I have ever walked and there are not enough miles in my legs to reach its end in either direction. Visited in early March and dolphins abound off the shore and easily visible with the naked eye.The unit itself is over sized with a nice patio overlooking the blue Gulf and white sand was a great place to enjoy most of the day. While some unit updating would be nice, what needed to be was overlooked due all of the other features and benefits of the condo.We would definitely visit again.

Family Time

We walked in and was in awe of the spaciousness and view. Hidden in cabinets were lots of games, puzzles and Legos. The whirlpool tub was gigantic. My most loved feature was a dining table for 10. We were able to have meals together. Summerchase Condos had both an outdoor and heated indoor pool, and jacuzzi. We look forward to returning.

Overall beautiful stay

The view from this penthouse is amazing! We enjoyed staying here. It seems maintenance is a bit lacking They did come immediately and fix our A/C upon calling which was great. Some areas for review: Tiles missing on balcony Cushions are dirty and need replaced on the balcony furniture - not comfortable Worn out The tub in the front bathroom takes 3-4 hours to drain Some areas need paint touch up We also made mgmt aware one of the chairs in the master bedroom has broken legs and should not be sat on We love this place but it needs some tlc

Room to Dance!

Condo was as described with plenty of room for our family of four adults and one 9-year-old. Plenty of room to dance in the kitchen and living area while cooking, plenty of room on the balcony (seating for nine) and a bathroom for each bedroom made for a most excellent stay. The condo is super easy to reach if you come down the Baldwin Express ($5 toll) with very quick and convenient access to the marina, a Publix, a pharmacy, and some really good restaurants. After a day of fun at the beach, the gulf waves will lull you to blissful sleep. My only (minor) recommendation is to bring your own standard size pillowcases for the beds if you have sensitive skin or in case you get a touch of sunburn. The ones at the condo were a bit scratchy to me (but…sensitive skin). All in all, a wonderful stay at a very family oriented condominium complex.
