Family Vacation

The house was clean good access to the beach. We had a great family time. Plenty of bedrooms bathrooms. The only thing that was wrong was the remotes for the tv did not work.

Nice stay

Pros: location, beach view, ample space.Cons: every cushion has stains, walls are scuffed in many areas, and early check in and late check outs are not permitted. Last note, may be a big deal to some and not others, but i rented this home off Vrbo only to deal with Vacasa ultimately...not a fan of vacasa.

Lovely Home

This clean, lovely home housed our group of 10 adult guests between ages 47 and 75. There was plenty of space to move around freely and the location was perfect. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. The view of the beach and Gulf was AMAZING!!! We were steps from the beach, just how we like it. The appliances were user friendly. On the downside, we noticed there were no chairs in the bedrooms which would have been helpful, especially for older guests, and there were no extra blankets so we recommend bringing your own blankets if you are prone to get chilly. The shower pressure in two of the upstairs rooms was low but doable. We also found a few dead bugs but at least that indicated the pest control works. The TV in the living room gave us a little trouble but we were able to overcome it so we could watch football. Overall our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back (with extra blankets lol). Thanks!

Nice Home

Overall, it is a nice house in a great location. Lots of rooms which was perfect for our large extended family. We did find a few roaches, the house is not very well stocked with kitchen item so you need to bring your own for everything. We did have an issue with the smoke detector going off. the ceilings are 12+ feet so we couldn't change out the batteries ourselves. Staff did come out and they were very nice but didn't have a ladder tall enough to fix. We continued to have the beeping each night. I wish that could have been resolved. Wish we would have had a few more blankets and walls were not so thin.

Great Beach House

It was a great house! Very spacious with great location. Loved how big the bedrooms were & that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Also loved the big open kitchen/living room. House was big enough for extended family to stay together for a family wedding & never felt crowded. Also loved being able to just walk outside & be on beach. Would highly recommend this house!

Family vacation

The house and location were spectacular. We had a mixture of adults, teenagers, and two toddlers… a party of 17 in total. Plenty space in this greatly laid out beach house and everyone had their “space”. The kitchen and family room are spacious and nice for entertaining and enjoying family time. As stated in previous posts, the kitchen lacks a few things such as silverware, cooking utensils, and refrigerator space for an 8 bedroom house. Overall, a great house and wouldn’t hesitate renting again.

Great Beach Weekend Getaway

This house is BEAUTIFUL and the views were breathtaking. Plenty of room for everyone. Great open floorplan downstairs. Spacious and cozy upstairs. Couches were soo comfortable. Beds soft as clouds. We will be back!

Great layout or house and location on the beach! House not the top of the line quality but very nice. Kitchen wasn't very well stocked to have 8 nice size bedrooms each with a bath!! Loved the deck and pool. Loved having the beach in from of us basically ours. Management came for any concerns or repairs immediately. Overall a Very Very nice house and, again, we loved the location of this house to the area

Beautiful layout, location, but could definitely have been cleaner. Broken lawn chairs scattered in garage, dirty entry way, weeds growing through walls of garage and trash strewn around property. Very dirty under sofas and chairs. Blind off 1 bedroom window. Trash cans over flowing. Pool was dirty. Property manager contacted on Saturday but it took contacting every day until finally Thursday issues were resolved. Never talked to a live person. When contacting property management. For price very disappointed!

2023 Family Vacation

Excellent property. Well equipped and well maintained. We loved it there and will try to book it again for the week of July 4th in 2025. This is our families sixth week on the gulf coast since 2012 and this is far and away the best house we've stayed in. Thanks so much.

Location Location Location but…

On the beach, small pool and large deck, great for large group (15) and close to shopping, walmart, publix and restaurants. House needs minor repairs? Chuck of floor missing in the kitchen, charcoal grills are beginning to rust, several knobs missing on various pieces of furniture and bedding uncomfortable. Two window blinds missing. Stayed a week. No guidebook for recommendation which would have been nice.

Navy Retirement National Naval Aviation Museum

Came into town for my Brother's Navy retirement ceremony held at the National Naval Aviation Museum, Pensacola NAS. We had a large family gathering, 12 adults and 2 teenagers. The house accommodated us perfectly! View and location were fantastic! As mentioned in previous reviews, very close and convenient to local grocery stores/restaurants/etc. Check-in easy process. Plenty of parking. Distance to West Gate of NAS Pensacola less than half and hour. Best part was that each couple, and each of the 2 kids, had their own bedroom/bathroom. Can't go wrong with an 8 bedroom, 8 1/2 bath home! Kitchen was well equipped to handle our cooking and entertaining needs. We did have a couple of very minor issues that I contacted the management company, (Vacasa), to rectify. They sent a handyman out to address our issues within 2 hours of my call. The only minor detriments I would mention is that this home is located at the end of a street with no street lights. It's very dark at night and was difficult to find house number and you must be careful backing up/parking. My folks are in their 80's but navigated getting up the stairs OK. There is construction on the street and the place could use a good clean-up outside. Overall though, we had a very pleasant visit. Inside the house is very clean and neat. Was a great gathering place for our large family, we would stay here again!

Wonderful!

Listing says parking for four and I worried for a year we wouldn’t have enough room. There is enough parking for almost 8 vehicles. The house was awesome!!! Had all family of all ages and something to do for everyone!

Family Trip

The house was perfect for our big family! Very clean, comfortable and the layout was very conducive for family meals and gatherings. Loved easy access to beach and plunge pool was the cherry on top! Nice decks and balconies as well! Neighbors are close but it was never a problem. Also great location on beach!! Only negative was non response from VACASA management team, they never responded to a reported problem that was reported twice. Still waiting for a phone call back from 7 days ago, and trip is over. Which is terrible form after what they charge on rental fees. Not impressed with VACASA, very impressed with home. Would still recommend home hands down!!

The house accommodated our large group of 21. Would recommend having a second refrigerator for beverages, and making sure the ice machine works on the refrigerator, or having separate ice maker. Overall, we had a very nice time and pleased with our house experience.

This was an excellent place to stay. I wish there were more amenities for cooking ie bowls with lids, bbq pit, larger pans for cooking for 24, etc but overall a wonderful place. We are planning on booking there again in a few years!

Beach getaway

This house is an excellent property with front row access to the beach. House is huge, well decorated and love the deck and plunge pool - which is much deeper than anticipated. Close to Walmart and restaurants. The rest of the street is under construction but didn't cause really any hassle. Only big negative was the boardwalk looked damaged by a storm and was pretty crooked at the beach level, that needs addressed. Also could use a second fridge in a house this big. overall great place and nice trip!
