...good nights rest. Primary has king, two guest rooms have queen beds, and one guest room has bunk beds (top and bottom are double beds, with a twin trundle). Catch an afternoon nap.

The large living, dining and kitchen area has lot's of seating to help each one catch up with each other. There is a Keurig coffee machine with a fully equipped kitchen. The wrap a round balcony gives choices on sun or shade. Staying at the Phoenix West presents a resort destination that all ages can enjoy.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).

Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times.
