The Admirals Quarters is a beachfront property that sits half a mile east of the center of Orange Beach, where you'll find a Publix Super Market and an assortment of restaurants, eateries, and conveniences. Zeke's Landing Marina is three-quarters of a mile east, beautiful Gulf State Park is just over a mile west, and Perdido Key State Park - a nesting spot for local sea turtles and shore birds - is seven miles east. If you're looking to hit the links, the Craft Farms Golf Club is nine miles northwest. You'll also be an easy drive from a wide variety of shops and entertainment at The Wharf, as well as local favorites like The Flora-Bama, Big Beach Brewing, Pleasure Island Tiki Bar, and Fisher's Dockside.

Admiral's Quarter's indoor pool will be under construction November-December 2025. Use of the indoor pool will be unavailable during this time. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during working hours. Construction noise is to be expected during the daytime. Very nice condo, kitchen well equipped. King bed in master squeaky. Bed frames in twin bed room noisy. Sheets cold be newer or higher quality. Furniture worn or stained (end of season). All that said, we would likely stay there again. Nice beach, good location, adequate exercise room. Nice outdoor pool, small but nice indoor pool, friendly staff. Just not perfect in all respects.

Check for wet mattresses

1st night we thought the sheets on one of the beds didn’t get dry. We later realized the mattress had pee on it from previous guest. We called the 800 number Vacasa sent us and we’re told the owner would be notified and someone would be there to clean and take care of mattress. No one ever came to clean the mattress or contacted us during our stay. Our only saving grace was there was a pull out couch to sleep on. Other than a pee smelling mattress that I had to clean with vinegar and baking soda because the smell became overwhelming, the stay was great.

Property was great! Only comment - the sliding door from living room to balcony was extremely difficult to close-needs new rollers at bottom. also we do not have a cell phone, so I did not know until this evening that I had to check out online? We left this morning around 9:30 AM

Great oceanfront views from the 14th floor! The condo was clean and the perfect space for 8 of us! We love coming here every year to meet with family at the beach!

On a scale of 1-10 a 7.

Amenities were adequate but not extraordinary. No iron when we got there but Kaiser Realty sent one less than an hour after I emailed them. Kaiser was great.
