Nice comfortable rooms. My room had a desk and sitting sofa and small fridge. The bath was ok. The tub shower could use and update. The halls are a little dark in lighting and decor for my taste but nice. There is a small work out room and outdoor pool. The lobby is very nice and inviting. It looks pretty new. Plenty of seating and power ports in the lobby. There is a small bistro and bar. I had a French dip and it was excellent but I thought the portion was small. The staff is very friendly and hard working. There is an airport shuttle. Wifi is free on the room. There is a restaurant across the street or the van will take you to restaurants within a three mile radius.
This is an off-the-road Courtyard that was wonderful for myself and my wife. We were impressed when we entered and greeted by the team. The room was clean, the lobby was very comfortable (so I could do some work) and the Bistro food was hot and fresh. We will definitely stay here again as we travel.
Must admit this is not on par with the average Courtyard by Marriott facility. Even Marriott only gives it a Category 1 rating. About as basic a "hotel" as it gets; it probably classifies more accurately as a motel. The facility absolutely requires a total overhaul and remodeling and is incredibly overpriced for the quality. The only reason I didn't leave the same day was I was given the substantially reduced military rate and received a free upgrade to a suite as a Marriott Platinum Elite member. The one outstanding exception to this highly unexceptional facility is the staff. The staff are truly delightful and try very hard to satisfy the guest. And given what little they are given to accomplish this, they deserve a hearty KUDOS for their friendliness and attentiveness.
Very disappointing hotel for a Courtyard. The hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. The elevator was not working the day i was there. The bath room had stains on the ceiling and the vent was covered in lint.
Hotel is fine - it's been updated with carpet and furniture and paint. It's clean - although on the patio there's a beer bottle that should have been caught. The gym needs an eliptical - it has two treadmills and a bike. The server at the bistro was really good - warm, friendly. I'd stay here again - but it's not my favorite. A few miles from the airport.
Had no secondary lock on my door. Had blood in my shower stall, and broken remote. Asked hotel staff to kindly put some attention to it, and to no avail for two days, nothing was resolved. Hotel manager made promises to fix and compensate and never did. Not saying you will have the same experience, but I am not staying again.
I made a reservation online. Upon arriving I was greeted by the front desk employee who was friendly & helpful. My online request to have a walk in shower bathroom & near elevator was met. My room was clean, had a mini frig but no microwave. No free breakfast but had a place in the lobby to order food. I liked the little balcony that had two patio chairs with a view of the pool. The pool was still closed probably because it wasn't warm enough to be open yet. The best part of my stay & reason I would definitely recommend it, was the bed. My sleep was perfect & I didnt not want to get up to get ready for the day. Another plus was the location. It's right off 1-40 & just minutes from downtown. I also liked the noon checkout time. I would come back for a future stay.
Nice stay here overnight after the Thunder game. Easy to find, right off Meridian. Next day quick drive to the outlet mall. Checked in on my App, requested extra pillows and extra towels, they were waiting for me on the bed! Clean, quiet, enjoyable stay.
The hotel had been updated, with rooms, lobby and The Bistro..They couldn't have been nicer here..a nice set up. The Bistro had good food, wine, drinks..and the room was very nice with updated furniture and clean.
The room was clean and comfortable. Nice hotel, would have been nice to have a hot tub. The pool looked very nice....wish it was later in the season so it could be enjoyed. Downtown was a $7 uber ride away.
