Room was decent. There wasn’t enough lighting in the room. Didn’t like the fact that the refrigerator was in the restroom area under the sink. I think that’s an odd place for someone to want to store beverages. Sofa wasn’t as comfortable, it was a bit firm. But bed was very soft. The main issue was the main door wasn’t working when we arrived, we had to use the side door which does not open from the outside so we had to wait on someone to come open the door. I left to get food & came back and waited outside over 5mins thinking I needed to go through the side door still. Staff was standing around the front desk & no one looked that way to see me standing there and the wind was blowing really hard outside. Eventually I went around towards the front and the door opened which frustrated me because there should have been some type of communication that the door was back working. I wasted time sitting outside the side door thinking the main door was still not working. The elevator stopped working shortly after so we had to use the stairs. Super hard to do with smaller children. I actually slipped and fell on the stairs trying to get back to the room with smaller kids. A lot of inconveniences happened just within the first 3hrs of being there. So I have already placed in my head this would not be a place I believe I would want to stay at again.

Nice spacious room with a cool view of some of downtown area. Comfy bed and comforter was warm. They were quick to respond to and resolve an issue I had with the heat not working when I arrived. What I did not like was that the room had a fridge, but no microwave. The room also did not have an iron to iron clothes, and breakfast was not included. “Breakfast” options downstairs are all prepackaged food items like what one would purchase at a gas station, but items were a lot more expensive than gas station prices. I was also charged $86 for incidental fees, in addition to my nightly rate.
