Staff was so so kind and accommodating. And for the price it was in decent repair and very clean. I would take a star off for the pool/hot tub being unusable without notice, and the fore alarm in our room had a low battery several days into our stay and was very very annoyong. But the staff was so kind and helpful i dont want to lower the rating at all.

The staff was very nice and friends, from the front desk person to the lady manning the breakfast bar. The room was clean, but appeared a bit old and run down. The breakfast was just ok, I felt like it was mussing a lot of what other hotel breakfast offerz.

First let me practice by saying my stay is hopefully not the standard experience. Or maybe every morning there starts with the 3:30 am fire alarm, followed by a partial loss of power that eliminates room temperature control a and the ability to have got breakfast items. But on to the things I know they could control... It looks like the hotel was remodeled in the not too distant past. But things were missed. Missing paint and damage at the main entrance, exit doors that never seemed to be latched, and equipment failure with room keys and coffee makers. As for the coffee maker, maybe you have two different models. The tray for the one in my room (that holds the coffee pod) was too wide for the machine. I went to the front desk to see if they had a different model, they only had that one. Thankfully I was able to trim it with scissors to get it to fit in the coffee maker and actually enjoy a cup of coffee. An occasional quality audit would go a long way to improving the guest experience.

I requested ENID where I stay all the time! My 102 yr old grandmother lives unassisted Living and she has eye surgery. The desk clerk at the Ikla City was extremely rude to me and would not cancel he said my problem was with Expedia not him!! I called Expedia and a woman said it was up to the hotel Look at my record of how many times I have stayed in Enid LaQuinta I am a loyal customer and I am 75 years old and handicapped. It is not fair to charge me two hotels for 2 nights each. I am 75 and on Social Security. I can’t afford it!! Please review this. If you are unwilling to make an exception I will have to go elsewhere. Why would I book in OJC??? I live in OKC!!!

I did the pre check out for 11am. Around 9ish the cleaning staff knocked and unlocked our door. We had the top latch which stopped her from coming in. I opened the door and told her we had until 11am. She was apologetic and left but the fact that the room was opened without our consent made me and my family feel very uncomfortable.
