call me stupid but I booked the hotel because to need a place to sleep on my way home to Houston, TX from visiting family in Iowa. Too be honest the same of the Hotel "Hemp" did not register with me until the front desk clerk too me "can't smoke cigarettes but you can smoke...". Not a problem as I smoked neither and the room did not smell. However, the room was simply rundown, the light in the sink area did not work. I called the office twice to get the passcode for the internet service, each time the phone rang for more than a minute and NEVER got answer. The remote control did not turn the TV on...i had to find a button ON the TV to get the screen, Obviously, the Hotel exists for one primary purpose but perhaps that should be mentioned. I assumed a Travelodge would be what most Travelodges are...but I now know I need to be more cautious when making a reservation.

This hotel needs a little work. The rooms are very outdated and need to be restored. You do get a ref, king size bed, cable, wifi and a microwave(ours was broken). They provide ice at the front desk so I thought that was nice. Overall the staff is very helpful except the housekeeping. They didn't clean our room when we requested more towels and soap, plus acted like it was no big deal on top of that. The price does reflect what you get so keep that in mind. They allow pets which I also didn't like and a lot of smokers at this hotel. Overall this place is just not for us but the staff did try and help when bringing these issues to their attention. They deserve credit for trying but I honestly will not be staying here again when visiting Oklahoma.

Had an emergency stay because my plumbing messed up in my house. Stayed at a different oyo closer to my house before it was very nice not this one. Beds were dirty(white comforters) had mattress covers and I should’ve known to leave them. After being home a day or so I found a bed bug in my bed. I brought my own comforter to the room because I like it that way.

The place is over ran with roachs and rats. Photos on your website are misleading at least. Im contacting my attorney

Let's start with the tv did not work, no mini fridge, no hair dryer, bed side table had the drawer face hanging off. The towel rack in the bathroom was sitting on the side of the tub.,ac didnt work . No microwave ,there was a phone in the room but it had no cords. The roachs out numbered us 50/1 and we had mice. The pool side gazebo had completely caved in and the pool has been down for years. One morning about 3:45 the desk clerk gave my 23 year old a key to my room when there was only my wife and myself registered, so my stepdaughter walked in on my wife and i while have sexual relations . This is just a hand full of the problems we had there. I would like to be refunded for the 4 nights i booked through orbitz or be placed for free in a hotel thats suitable for human occupation .
