​Arrival & Comfort: When I checked in late at night, the heater was off and the room was freezing. Additionally, the elevator chime is far too loud and disruptive. ​Service Issues: The front desk staff needs better training, especially the 6:00 AM shift. During checkout, the clerk didn't look at me or say "thank you"—she simply said, "You are okay to go." ​Compared to other Holiday Inn properties, this stay felt like a lower-grade experience due to the poor service and lack of preparation.

Room was good. The only complaint I have was the breakfast. The pancakes only cooked on one side. The bacon looked terrible. The turkey sausage didn’t look good either. We tried the cheese omelet and it was ok. So, that was my main problem and it was bad. We had to go out and eat.
