Breakfast was worse than Marine rations. Powdered eggs are not your best feature. Linens were very course, over washed with detergent.

There was hair all over in the bathroom & a purple tearing up the floor in the entrance with a really loud tool when i arrived. Otherwise it was great!

The lobby was beautiful and clean and inviting When I first walked in, the assistant manager at the desk did not make eye contact with me and was somewhat short with me in her answers to my questions. After I explained to her my appearance ( showered after my triathlon but due to a power outage, my hair was soaked and I had no makeup on) she warmed and was very kind. The rooms were immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. I was incredibly pleased with the room and it’s appearance.

Nice. Front desk staff very helpful. Shuttle vans should have turnpike passes.

I have stayed at this location many times over many years. It is cofofortable and near many eateries in a safe location.

Room was small. I forgot to put the dnd on the door. But when the cleaning staff knocked I quickly grabbed my towel and proceeded to tell her no thank you. She pushed her way in the room disregarding all the signs of no thank you. She didn't speak English but it was clear that I didn't want anything. Then when I left and put the dnd on the door she took it off and came in anyway and cleaned the room. Privacy issues.

Chech in was hassle free, very courteous staff. Everything look new, clean and very well presented. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent and staff were wonderful. The location was great, with easy interstate access. We will definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly. Kept the hotel lobby bar open for 3 extra hours for us for one night. All we had to do was ask

I will think long and hard before staying at another Hilton. Pulled back the covers only to discover hair and last night's stains on the sheets. Called the desk, the response was slow. Stepped into the hall to see if anyone was coming only to hear the housekeeper (I speak Spanish also) complaining that why should she go change that bed when she just did it. I asked her what would she do if she found hair and stains on her bed she I showed her and another housekeeper. She continued to argue until the other housekeeper convince her to change the bed--which she did with obvious attitude. The other housekeeper said to us that it was obvious the bed hadn't been changed. When she left we went into the bathroom only to find hair and toothpaste in the sink, in the tub, and several places on the floor. Called down to the desk, response was slow, called again and was told management was on its way up. In the meantime heard the same housekeeper say "again, in that room" and continued to argue. The 2 managers were offered apologies for the room condition and the housekeeper's attitude and offered us the only other king bed room available. We were tired and this was a very upsetting check-in. The next day we went out in the morning about 8 AM and returned to our room to rest at noon only to find we hadn't been given clean towels or had the trash removed yet. We called the desk and asked if we could have those two things done--that's all we needed. Two other housekeepers came to do that. They were very nice. I asked one of them if the policy was to clean the rooms of the people staying another day first so they can have the use of their rooms to rest. She said that although at other hotels she worked at, that was the policy, at this hotel the policy was clean the check-outs first. I said that seemed odd and she agreed.

clean, elegant,good service,good breakfast selection

Hilton Garden Inn Quail Springs was well above average. Staff was friendly and helpful. Used hotel for business travel and would absoultely go back. The only negative is that everything in that area in on a one way street adjacent to the expressway so that it can be a little tricky getting used to driving if you are not familiar with the area. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to the freeway. There is some construction going on in the area but wasn't bothered by the noise. Nice hotel-would definately go back.

Staff was courteous. New facility was clean and nicely located.

Thank you for your review but I believe you may have the wrong hotel as we do not serve powdered eggs In our restaurant which is not currently open.
