It's a nice boutique guesthouse with personality. We stayed in apartment 5, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linen, towels and toiletries. No complains with the kitchen. Excellent location, few steps from the beach. Safe and easy parking. The attention from the staff was outstanding. The AC made some weird noises, but we got used to them. I’d recommend it if you look for comfort, safety, and cleanliness without demanding luxury.

Enjoyed our stay here with daughter and grandsons. Although older and needing some loving care in a few areas this is an eclectic place with many unique features. Right on the beach and we got a good view of the Artimus II launch. Our 2 bedroom guest house worked out perfectly.

Beach Guest house was perfect for our group. Having separate 2 bedrooms in our unit was exactly what we were looking for. We were a party of five, so we had two units. The kitchen was great. However we didn’t use it as we just stayed one night. Perfect if you plan to stay longer. The check in process was very easy and the staff is very helpful,friendly. We spent the day at Kennedy Space center. This is a great location if you are spending time in that area. There is also several great restaurants in the area for both breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay again when traveling in the area.

Such a quaint little beach spot amongst all the hotels and condos. The staff was warm and friendly. We loved being right on the water and loved the eclectic tropical island vibe of the place. We will definitely return.
