Such a quaint little beach spot amongst all the hotels and condos. The staff was warm and friendly. We loved being right on the water and loved the eclectic tropical island vibe of the place. We will definitely return.

Property location was good, right on the beach, property itself needs an overhaul, linens were old and stained, furniture old and stained, appliances and cutlery, pots and pans, all old and left in a dirty state when we arrived. Unit just needs a full refresh which would improve this spot massively. Staff were all friendly and communicated well.

Cozy Setting

What can be said about the Beach Place Guesthouses? Cozy! After the big corporate dwellings in Orlando, this was definitely a quiet, relaxing place to wind our vacation down. Private beach access and the ability to make our own meals in the kitchen were priceless. We grilled steaks(and veggie burger patties) right on the beach! Staff was kind and gave you a full explanation of all you had available to you. This is home away from home, truly. Ran by people who have an artistic quality about them and it shows throughout the property! With the back drop of Cocoa Beach, I highly recommend this place for your peaceful getaway!

Loved this property! So vintage Florida..not the new high rises commercial feel. Beautiful, quiet, nice and shady. Giant outdoor chess set was so fun. Loved this beachside stay and will definitely be back!!

Very cozy ,homey place. A little outdated on decoration is the only downfall. Beds are comfy and the air conditioning works great. But as soon you get to beach none of that matters. Watch the sunrise from the patio. Definitely will be returning. A little peace of heaven on earth
