The location was fabulous. The house is very large. It was extremely clean. The sheets and towels were lovely. The backyard was particularly nice to hang out in. There was lots of furniture in different places. We had a good time.

This was probably the best house we have rented on this platform. The beach view and access was incredible with plenty of outside seating. The rooms were comfortable and large. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and cocktail making- complete with many different types of glasses, 3 blenders, citrus squeezer, cocktail shaker, etc. Lots of ice in the freezer. Should we find ourselves in Cocoa Beach again, it would be hard not to rent this house.

Our location was awesome with easy walking access to the beach! The unit was clean, well stocked and had all the amenities we desired. Our adult kids said they’d love to return again anytime.

The response time was great and they treated us very well being that we only needed a few days stay! Would definitely recommend. The owner stopped by to check out a small leak and was very nice!!!

This is a beautiful home. This is the most equipped home we have ever stayed at. There is plenty of evertyhing from trash bags to kitchen appliances and board games. Access to the beach is amazing. Everything is beautifully set up. Attached is my favorite photo from the balcony.

Beautiful property

Amazing property, right on the ocean. They have thought of everything… blow dryers in every bathroom, beach towels, outdoor shower, bicycles, coolers, lots of seating inside and outside.

A Memorable Reunion of Friends

My friends and I are in love with this property. The shared indoor living space is spacious and wonderful for a group gathering. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and amazing. The beach is gorgeous and viewable from the living room. Highly recommend this property for friends or family!

We will be back!

This was exactly what we wanted. Steps from the beach, plenty of bedrooms. This house had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed watching the SpaceX rocket launch from the fire pit. We will definitely rent again and bring the kids and grands!
