Very Old

Only good thing about this place is the location. This place is very old, moldy smell when you enter the appartment. Beds are very uncomfortable with old spring mattresses. This place needs a better uokeep. Listing says there is washer and dryer, but they are not located in the unit and there is not instruction on how to access them.

Quick getaway for the price

Overall a good experience, but the unit was very hot for being in April. It had one window unit that blowed cool air, and a living room unit that couldn’t go below 70 and wasn’t cooling. Management was good, the fridge wasn’t getting cold, so we had to keep all of our food in the freezer. We noticed management and they had someone come out same day to check it and said they would replace it after our stay. The biggest downfall was that we were told the unit had beach chairs but there wasn’t any.

The property was not in the least bit comfortable. The beds were very hard. They had hospital mattresses on them. The inside was ran down. Wall paper peeling, the refrigerator looked like it came out of someones garage. The furniture was dirty. Just not a very inviting place. Will not ever go back!

Great location!

Unit 8 was very close to the beach, a 2 minute walk which was excellent. The neighborhood seemed to be very safe even for elders. The apartment was cute. It can sleep up to 4 but would be very small for 4 people. The double bed was low and the side near the door was worn down. One can hear the neighbors of Unit 9 very easily but they were not noisy. The kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for having salt, pepper, powered creamer, sugar substitutes and coffee. The coach/sofa needs to be cleaned, floors washed and and more dusting and cleaning done. I swept floor and dusted and wiped down things when I arrived to make it cleaner for my stay. Thank you for having the space heater. I needed it as temperatures were between 52-62 degrees Fahrenheit.

Great location! Basic and on budget.

If you are going to the beach because you want the beach but you don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a place—-than this is your listing. You walk across the street and onto the beach. Perfect. Laundry is shared and we didn’t bring quarters so that was something that would have been nice to plan for but not a deal breaker. Walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors but overall they are also respectful of quiet hours. It makes you very conscious of being quiet past 9 pm. The host is great to work with..and answered all of our questions. It’s nothing too fancy but we weren’t in it for a five star place. It was simple and perfect and afforded us a Beach vacation on budget. Like I said. Location is amazing. You can walk to the pier. You can walk to restaurants and parks and even the main road of cocoa beach.

Close to the beach

This was the perfect spot for a quick getaway to the beach. The location was close to everything from the beach, to the pier, to restaurants and grocery shopping. We never needed our car.

Beach get away!

Pleasant Stay

The apartment is simple and comfortable. The only draw back is the apartment is on the 2nd floor with upwards of a dozen concrete steps to climb. There is no problem getting yourself up, but heavy luggage can be a struggle. That being said, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach, shopping and comfort.

Great space in Cocoa Beach

We stayed here a week. Nice place, was very comfortable, super clean, less than a block from the beach, close to eateries, clubs and shopping. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Nice place in good location

The place was so hot, it took a day to cool off and then some rooms didn’t have AC, The second room is an enclosed balcony with no closet.

Too hot!!

The overall location of the place was great but the AC was adequate for the property. There is one free standing unit and one window unit. There was no way to circulate the air into the kitchen area. You could not cook in there if you wanted to because it was too hot. We ran three floor fans the entire time and the unit was never below 80 degrees. If you were staying in cooler weather it would probably be fine.

Girl’s weekend

The place was so cute just like the photos. Very clean and cool. Right across the street from the beach & pier within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Property manager was very fast in response and instructions very clear. It’s also about 1/2 mile from one of our favorite places- The Sand Bar. 5 stars 👏

Great little apartment for my Me, my son and my boyfriend.

The property is conveniently located close to so many great shops and restaurants, as well as fun family activity places. Not to mention how close to the beach it is!
