Had to change rooms initially due to a couple wasps in room. They changed the room without questioning and we stayed 3 days slept well and enjoyed the pool. They could use more parking.

Very Pleasent Stay

We stayed for 3 nights due to appointments and just hanging out for the weekend. I was never distrubed in the middle of the night. There were no loud noises that woke me up. The king bed was very comfortable. There was a hole in our sheet, but it didn't really bother me. The TV also had a blue tint the whole time. The lady at the front desk told me it was because people had complained about the tvs being to bright, so the put blue filters on them. No problem. We dealt with it and we really didn't watch that much TV. The pool is small, but I saw that in the pictures. I believe my kids were the only kids in the whole hotel, because we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. I saw MAYBE 4 other people in the pool over the 3 days we were there. The shower was really nice and the bathroom was very pretty. Seems updated compared to the rest of the hotel room. The AC made a weird "hissing" sound when the fan turns off. It was weird at first but it didn't bother me. There was defentily enough parking for everyone. Decent sized parking lot. Staff was super friendly the whole time we were there and they were super helpful. I would stay here again for sure!

Very weak water pressure

Everything was great except the water pressure is so weak it was hard to even shower. Other than water pressure everything was great. Very comfortable, easy check in, quiet, ad very cleam.

Clean and Comfortable, but Some Noise and Breakfas

My stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the room was extremely clean, with a spacious layout, a large fridge, and a very nice bathroom — definitely appreciated after a long day of travel. The front desk staff was also great; check-in was quick, and the woman who helped me was friendly and professional. However, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast could use improvement — there weren’t many options, and the taste wasn’t the best. Parking was also limited, which made arriving late a bit frustrating. The biggest issue was the noise; the lobby and hallways were constantly loud due to other guests, which made it hard to relax at times. Overall, the clean and comfortable room along with the great front desk service made the stay worthwhile, but there are a few areas that could use some attention.

Bad experience

Not many amenities, a lot of ants, the ac was dirty and the smell of mold coming out from it was terrible, besides that the whole room smelled really strong like a men perfume, like recently someone else was in there, head board of the bed was dirty, one of the screws of the shower handler was loose and keycards constantly stop working and we had to spend from 5 to 10 mins trying over and over to access to our room.

We have stayed at this facility multiple times with no problems. This go around they refused to honor the room that I had rented and paid for through the third party app that I always use. He was trying to tell me that I would have to rent a different room which would be over two times the amount that I originally paid and I would lose what I already paid After going back and forth the guy "called his manager" and gave me my original room that I had paid for. We have never had this problem before. Come to find out they were renovating the floor we normally stay at so instead of just moving rooms they were trying to get money out of me. Won't be back
