Had to change rooms initially due to a couple wasps in room. They changed the room without questioning and we stayed 3 days slept well and enjoyed the pool. They could use more parking.

We waited 15 minutes with others waiting as well, to check in. No staff was anywhere to be found. We had to walk around the hotel knocking on staff doors and yelling hello. Even tried calling the hotel from the lobby and ringing the bell on the desk.

hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful. our room felt dim it would have probably been better if we were able to open the window blinds. the desk clerk tried unsuccessfully to open them and apologized for the inconvenience.

Decent but too much fragrance

The room was fine and seemed clean. I do have a problem with artificial fragrances and the smell of the cleaning products was overwhelming. I almost asked for a different room, but felt they would all smell the same.
