They charged me for parking even though I did not use their parking garage. Also the AC was broken making the room extremely hot or extremely cold.
I absolutely love the king suite.
Our go-to hotel when we stay in Oklahoma City. Always a great stay and very clean. Great staff, too.
At check and I was told I would pay $15 for parking that would be taken off of the $50 incidental charge on my credit card. I got to my room and got situated after traveling for a very long day and the TV did not work so at 8:22 PM I had to call the front desk from my cell phone because the phone in the room did not work and I let her know the TV was broken and asked for help. She said she was on her way at about 10 after nine I hadn’t heard from her yet and noticed that the air conditioner was dripping and leaking all over the floor. So by 9:22 PM I still have not heard from anybody and I called the front desk again and let them know that the air conditioner was not leaking and they responded with they were on their way up. Nobody came so I had to go down to the front desk where the girl was rude, because during trying to help me get situated into a different room, she decided to help other guests that were purchasing things from the dining area instead of focusing on me who had been having an issue for over an hour now with absolutely no response from the staff. She finally got me into a room number 226 and everything was working properly. In the morning at 7:30 AM I was woken up by very loud music being played by the construction workers that were remodeling on the second floor. At check out in the morning I was told that I would be charged $20 for parking and not the initial $15 that I was told during check-in . Very disappointed will not return.
The hotel description on your sight did not mention this hotel is under complete renovation. Also the restaurant and bar were closed. If we had known this we would have booked elsewhere for our anniversary stay.
Very modern and hip decor throughout and front desk woman was nice and helpful.
Next to a clubs
Facility is clean and provides the bare minimum. Staff is not very customer focused but good for a short stay close to Bricktown.
Nice place seemed clean and well located. Staff friendly and helpful.
The only saving grace for the place was the WXYZ bar. The bar staff was very nice and the quesadilla was delicious. The hotel staff looked like meth heads. The room was very small and terrible view for the price. The 6 breakfast options that you have to pay extra for...not impressive. Save yourself $50-100 and go to the Renaissance or something that offers more breakfast options, a bath tub, and room service. WILL NOT stay again.
Nice front desk and clean room! Bar was nice and friendly!
The hotel was very nice and clean. The only think I wished they had was a restaurant instead of just bar food.
