The only thing I did not care for was the annunciation system in the elevators--it had a really high, load pinging sound that I found rather annoying. Also, the elevators didn't work a couple of days very well--maybe someone at one of the events damaged them--rooms were very spacious and well done.

Perfect spot! Clean, Great staff! I asked for late check out and with no problem the staff helped me.

Check in staff was short, distracted, spoke over me and almost rude. Carpey in my room and the hallways were stained, smelly and filthy.

It was my wedding day. During the celebration I received a call at 8pm from Orbitz. Being the middle of my wedding so I can't pick up the phone, but apparently they were trying to call me at 8pm the night of the reservation to tell me that they can no longer accommodate the reservation I made 3 months earlier. When we got to the hotel we were greeted by a man at the front desk. He was tall, African American, and working between 10 and 11pm on Saturday June 2nd. When we tried to check in he told us that the hotel is overbooked and we would have to find another hotel. We told him that we made the reservation 3 months ago and asked him to find an available room, but he said there was nothing he could do. He was extremely rude and unapologetic about it. He had no concern about satisfying customers at all. He just gave us the number for Orbitz so that we could book another hotel. We walked out and as we got to the car a different hotel employee (short, curvy, white woman) approached us and gave us a room key and said she found a room for us and it's all taken care of. So we parked and went to the room. This woman was EXTREMELY more helpful than the man at the desk. Once we got to the room, it was decent, but the customer service experience both with Orbitz and with the man at the front desk had completely ruined our wedding night. I will NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone. Also, our repeated calls to the manager have not been answered or returned.

We had a wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel. Inviting staff! Close to many restaurants and nightlife.

I stayed here with my wife for the OU Fall convocation. Hotel is clean, up beat, and in a great location. We were in walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, ect. Parking is easy with the attached garage and no need for valet as you just swipe your room key to get in and out and only pay upon checkout.

We had destinations in Bricktown that were within a 10 minute walk. The room was lovely and the decor of the hotel was "cool". Staff was helpful and friendly on every interaction. The massage area was not open during our visit.

Everything was great, from check in to check out, except for the smell in our room. It smelled like stinky feet, and it never went away during our stay. I didn't say anything or request another room, but wish I would have as I was sitting there at night with that smell.

Rooms are verry bland and beds are so firm its like sleeping on plywood. Not worth the money.

First night, no sleep! Party in the hall and next door until 2:30 am. Next night, same group, another party. Called front desk at least 6 times. They told me they were a "one warning" hotel but they allowed this to continue until 3:00 am. My husband even went into the hall and asked the group to stop running the halls and felt threatened!! Remember folks, this hotel was recommended to us as a 4-star hotel. We are accustomed to Marriott/Hyatt type hotels and above. No soap, no coffee replenished, no toilet paper replenished, no dressers to put your clothes away...so our suitcases looked like they had been ransacked. One morning, my sister and her husband were sleeping and a housekeeper waltzed in UNANNOUNCED!!!! It was early morning!!!! Our son asked a housekeeper for plastic cups from her cart. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE THEM TO HIM!! He just took them off her cart and walked away! When you leave the hotel, you are expected to leave your key cards but if you do, you can't get out of the parking lot!!! My sister had to walk over to the parking area and use her room key to get me out of the parking lot!!! In My sister and brother-in-law's bathroom, there was NO WAY to get out once you went in! I'm not kidding!! VERY HEAVY DOOR, GRAVITY CLOSURE AND NO KNOB!! Had to put a towel in the door to prop the door open or spend the day in the toilet!!! In all my years of traveling, I've never experienced anything like it!! We would have been more comfortable at a Motel 6.

Wonderful place to stay very nice beds are comfy rooms are nice showers are exllance staff is very nice and curtious and very helpful

The front desk staff was so helpful - the people make this place. Fun funky modern decor - pool looks awesome too.

God clean modern hotel, although little facilities

Good place to go have a modern, fun night out. Staff was very helpful

Great time, staff was awesome especially the valet. Definately will come back

Its nice but minimalist screw your requirements about this review.

The hotel is trying to look technologically advanced, but apart from the electronic curtain and message velvet parking, it's nothing special really. Size of the room is spacious...... however, they have the worst shower designed ever, toilet and shower in one room, no shower curtain, bearly hight difference between toilet part of floor and shower part!!! After shower it's just a disaster, you will have water all over the entire bathroom, I just couldn't convince myself to use the toilet after taking a shower.

Love how this hotel is high tech using text messages to communicate with the valet was very easy, fast, and convenient. The door keys were also of the latest technology. All you had to do was press your card against the door key and it opens. No more sliding the cards. The bar was awesome with live a DJ and great bartenders that made it fun. My friends and I ended up staying at the hotel bar the whole evening! The staff valet drivers, front desk, cleaners, etc. were all wonderful!
