Stayed here before. Was clean, and good staff. But neighborhood has gone down hill. Staff keeps automatic door locked if they are not at the desk to keep homeless out.

There were bugs in the room, possibly bed bugs and when we informed the staff she was helpful and wanted to get us another room but they both smelled like cat pee and when we asked for a refund the hotel manager refused. We left, as did other patrons, so be cautious with this property.

An okay stay

My only complaint with this hotel was that they needed to do a little better job of salting the sidewalks especially around the handicap parking areas. Otherwise our stay was okay. They do have a very nice lobby and breakfast area.

Great staff, meets expectations

This was a great spot! Close to the airport and many restaurants near by. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. It’s a bare bones kind of hotel but still very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
