Best hotel in Tulsa. I regularly come to Tulsa on business and the rooms and staff are great. Location is also good and you are close to many good restaurants. Their rooftop bar is also good.

Terrible. Charged me for a "missing" pillow?!? Of course, I disputed it and got my money back but that was a bizarre accusation.

Such a great hotel. I have nothing bad to say. Ate dinner in the Boiler room which was excellent and had a drink at the roof top bar which was very nice. Going to make it a yearly occurrence, after this great weekend there and stay there with my wife for the Tulsa boat show from here on out.

We were really looking forward to a great stay in this hotel. However upon walking in the door there was a mold smell. We blew it off as just the air not turned up for awhile. We went out to dinner and returned. The smell was worst in the bedroom. Made the mistake of tossing a small bottle of water on the bed to go with our cake. The bottle was opened and had not been exchanged out. It leaked through to the mattress before we realized what had happened. By morning my allergies were awful and we left shortly after we got up. We told the desk as we checked out about the smell in room 707. They said they would see about it. Turns out 2 floors up there was a water leak the ladies before us complained about. I don't know if one was part of the other but for the amount we paid I expected a lot better conditions. The shuttle service with Antonio was great. He took us where we needed to go and made sure to pick us up when we needed a ride back. He. Was the best part of the stay!

We live in South Tulsa and love visiting The Mayo's rooftop bar and have always wanted to stay there. we spent a long weekend exploring our downtown in a new way. It was excellent. Beautiful quiet room, huge cozy bed and fantastic room service. The coffee at Topeca right next to The Mayo is a perfect start to the day.

Overall decent stay except - I stayed in room 318. The shower area in the bathroom was not built/leveled properly so about 2 inches of dirty shower water would stagnate in the shower instead of flowing to the drain. Also, although Tulsa is a very small city with plenty of parking $20+tips per night for valet parking is a bit expensive. The food delivered to the room was spilt all over the tray and the server conveniently ignored it, when I called and complained they redelivered.

Great location for walking to and from concerts at the BOK center. Friendly staff. Great stay!

This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are really nice. All the hotel staff are very friendly. We ate dinner at the boiler room restaurant and bar. The food and drink was great. This is the hotel i will stay at when in Tulsa.

I loved the Hotel clean very well ran. Food was great and rooms were great. The only thing that was a drawback was the there was no parking at all none. If you are going to stay be sure to valet you vehicle.

This hotel is beautiful! I love to stay in hotels from bygone days as it has charm and class that you just do not get from new construction. The room we had was like a mini apartment and the price was competitive for standard rooms! It had a full kitchen, 2 giant flat-screen televisions, lounge, dining in addition to the bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant and cafe in the hotel. Only drawback was that they charged to provide parking for guests. I would recommend that they offer this without charge given the fact that the rates are on the higher side. Aside from this, I would highly recommend this hotel.

this was a nice place. a very nice place with a lot of history. the staff was fantastic. i would stay here again and give it two big thumbs up.

Overall, I have no complaints about this place. I did not visit the bar in the lobby or rooftop, but read mixed reviews about them. I will return to this hotel, simply because the price was very competitive for the quality of hotel/environment you get.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at anytime I visit Tulsa. It has a good location and is beautiful. Worth the price :)

Check in was slow as they had my name entered incorrectly but everything was very nice.

Great place to stay after a concert at the BOK center.

Not a hotel I would stay at on my next visit. Most of the staff were nice but never were able to get results. Denny's service is better than the hotels restaurant service and the menu for a 4 star hotel is very weak. I bought a Coke for $1.50 from the vending machine at 11 PM to find out it was very warm and it was expired several months ago. Good hotel for a Scoopy Doo movie as the hotel is a ghost town. Locals are impressed because it's the "MAYO" big deal........... I can turn that Hotel around in 60 days. 1st bring Debbie from PF Chang to work there. 2nd etc...

The hotel's doormen and front desk staff are very professional and make you feel at home immediately. They were quick to help me get settled and answer my questions. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only let down was the restaurant. I waited much too long to be seated both for dinner and breakfast. In fact, it appeared that there was no one appointed or responsible for greeting and seating guests. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I to try out the Mayo for our anniversary (FEB 13). We live 30 minutes away in Broken Arrow. I had received a really good deal to stay there. Our room was nice and set up lovely with a little "kitchen area" (counter space, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, sink) There was a big flat screen TV on the wall for us to use, however there was just basic cable. I just think when it is a four star hotel there should be extra "oomph". The jets on the shower had scale, towels were rough, bed was short. (my hubby is only 5' 9" and his toes hung off bed although his head was at top of bed) and the bathroom was a sliding one, which was hard to use. The staff were respectful but there was nothing extraordinary there. I am glad I didn't have bad things happen as I had read in other reviews, but we were just not impressed. They has the reservation under my first name as my last, which was corrected the next day when we checked out either. We would be willing to try to stay there again, maybe next time we need to upgrade to a suite or something. I also understand our stay could have been improved if we had chosen a different date. Due to it, the penthouse bar was closed for a private event and we didn't try any restaurants because we were so close to home.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was excellent, and the location was great for business destinations.

Great amenities, good location. If I am back in the Tulsa area, I will certainly be staying at this hotel.
