I had a double queen bedroom. Didnt ask for anything specific but upon arrival, i was greeted with kindness and the check in was quick and easy. Got my room and they had personalized my name to greet me. Chocolates were on the nightstand, extra blankets were provided, and a very clean room. Oh and the shower was nice and spacious.

Staff was great and very helpful. The only caveat is that they only clean your room every 3 to 4 days(they won't tell you which no matter who you ask). We checked in on a Wednesday and had to request wascloths and trash pick-up on friday and ended up not getting our room cleaned until Sunday (we were scheduled to check out on Monday). They were very accommodating when we requested the trash and washcloths on Friday and when we requested cleaning on Sunday. Not sure if they tried to clean on Sat as they refused to tell us when we asked and some jokester had put a do not disturb sign on our door after we had gone out for the day on Saturday. I was told I had to come back in the morning to request cleaning on Sunday. If you prefer that no one enter your room during your stay then this might be perfect. I like my trash emptied as the wastebaskets are tiny. The valets and bellhops are incredibly kind and accommodating.
