⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) We had a wonderful stay! The property felt very safe and convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Parking was easy, and the location made it simple to walk to nearby attractions. Overall, a great experience… I’d definitely stay here again!

River Spirit was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The dining options have something for everyone and the staff were all friendly. The rooms were very nice with modern decor and bed was very comfortable. The pool is definitely a highlight with the bars and furnishings overlooking the river. Would love to return to River Spirit!

As a solo traveler, I don't mind pwying more for safety and convenience of the things i may need, all under one roof. Security is a big issue for me. Rooms are a nice size and clean, with a nice vanity area for hair and makeup. Bathrooms are a nice size, too. Beds are really comfortable. Not my first stay at this hotel, and won't be my last.

It was a fantastic experience. A drink package to purchase at the pool bar would be a nice feature. I also noticed the same canned drinks at the swim up bar that had a huge line were cheaper than the Tiki bar with no line. Prices of the same drinks needs to be streamlined across the resort.

The rooms at this hotel are nicely appointed — the beds are very comfortable, and the shower is great. However, we specifically chose this hotel for its pool, as we were visiting at the end of July. The photos made the pool appear much larger than it actually is. In reality, it’s quite small given the size of the hotel and the number of guests it accommodates. Unfortunately, we were never able to enjoy the pool during our 5-day stay. It was consistently overcrowded, and there were no available chairs or even space to put our belongings. Another major disappointment was the lack of housekeeping. Our room was never cleaned once throughout our stay. When we inquired, we were told that housekeeping is only provided every other day — something that was not communicated to us in advance. Even with that policy, our room was not serviced at all during our visit.

I loved the resort and the casino. My only complaint was it was absolutely freezing in there. I found it hard to enjoy the Casino and the restraunt for they had the air up too high on freeze. I finally went and bought a sweatshirt from the gift shop and put on long pants. Instead of wearing a dress or shorts.

Above and beyond service

We had a large party because we were celebrating a birthday. Made reservations at Fireside Grill. Our server was Sarah and she killed it. Absolutely the best server I've had. She was on top of everything all by herself. And there was 17 people in our group. She was able to handle all of our needs all by herself. She was patient and kind. NOT one hiccup with any of our orders. We will be back.
