I was rather disappointed with my stay at this hotel this past weekend. The first room did not have working heat so I was moved to another room which as supposed to be the new model of rooms that is upgraded to wood like floors instead of carpet. This room did have working heat but the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep and any upgrades definitely did not stand out in this room. Needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel again when I return to Tulsa. For the price I paid per night I expected a much better hotel stay experience which did not happen at this Wyndham location.

I generally leave decent reviews. However this one isn't so pleasant. First of all the location of the hotel was in a less than savory area of Tulsa. The room felt humid upon our arrival and smelled like mildew. I woke up the next morning with a rash probably from the mildew. I don't really recommend this hotel to anyone.

I spent $192 for a dirty room. Everything in the room was from 1900's... even the blow dryer!! Everywhere I looked there was something broke or needing updated. The pool area was the worst I've see. Black mold in the slides. It was so gross. Hot tub was broke, door to get in was broke. Ants crawling everywhere. I was very disappointed in this hotel for the price I paid!

This hotel was older. Decently clean enough. Lots of kids! Very friendly staff. Would not recommend for a couple get away or business trip. The only good part was the pool for the kids. Also kind of run down but kids don't care or notice!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel was nice. Wifi was poor 5 to 15 mbs. Hot tub by pool not working waiting for parts. Bed was too firm.

Hot tub and ice machine did not work. Receipt had to be from whom ever you booked thru and not hotel. Too many kids in hot tub. No parental supervision.

Nice hotel. Slightly outdated. The pool area looked awesome! Shower was GREAT!

Stayed in this for our 9 year olds birthday and it was a great hotel for the kids. The indoor water works was not as big as the pictures made it look but she had a blast. The room was okay...found a dirty sock in one of the corners which was disgusting but the rest of the room seemed clean. The bathroom attached to the indoor pool area was HORRIBLE! It smelled like mildew and was not clean at all. Toilet paper everywhere! All together the hotel was okay. Probably won't return.

The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff made this an enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again without a second thought

The poolnwas cold its was suppose to be heated. We have stayed multiple times and this by far was the coldest the water had been and we had to ask multiple time for towels in the pool area.

Rooms very comfortable, polite staff. Our plan included a hot breakfast buffet with a great selection, including fresh fruits. We also received 2 free drinks in the bar (where the service was poor, even with few patrons). Free, close parking and a bargain through the travel agency. Looked like a nice pool if one wanted to entertain children.

couldn't check in until 5:30. Unsupervised kids throughout the hotel, understaffed, brown luttece on my food

We were in town for the Oklahoma Sugar Arts show during September. The room when we checked in was great, other than the fact the air conditioner was not working, so the room was rather warm. We called down to the front desk, and someone was in the room very promptly to handle the AC issue, and gave us no trouble about it. The rest of the stay was a breeze, and the pool area was AMAZING. We weren't traveling with kiddos, but had we been, they would have enjoyed the pool thoroughly.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed. coffee was available in the room and the staff added that special touch by giving us French vanilla for my morning coffee. Our grandkids loved the Louie lagoon. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub .

Clean, good rate, would stay here again. Travelling on business.

Leapin' louies is great for younger children, not so much for the big kids though. Beds were so hard even the kids complained about backaches. Was promised a room with a fridge for meds, took staff two hours to find one!! clean rooms and nice staff though.....and stay inside the hotel.

This is very ordinary hotel with no more than 3 stars rating and higher than its actual worth for a city like Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I was a little disappointed in the hotel. The front staff was awesome, very accommodating. The cleaning staff however left something to be desired. We were there for 3 nights, and they never came in and cleaned or replaced items. They would come in, make the bed, and throw a couple of mints on them. Had to ask for more towels in order to get more. The breakfast was a joke and it was $30 for 2 people. The indoor area of the pool was awesome for my 4 year old!

This hotel was dirty and poorly managed. It is most definitely not a 4 star hotel. We booked for 2 nights for $200.00 and could not stay the second night because of the noise and smell. Also, we could not be refunded because of booking with a third party. When checking in we were again charged by the hotel another $200.00 and they have not yet refunded us. So, what was intended to be a nice weekend away became a very expensive fiasco!

Great location and value would definitely stay here again
