Room was good condition, but there seemed to be a stain on the sheets so unsure if they were changed between guests. The hot tub however was well over the legal limit a hot tub can be heated to. I know that seems silly, but it caused burns to our feet when we stood for less than 15 seconds in it trying to get used to the heat. It was dangerously hot- a potential lawsuit if a child fell in or if an adult just slipped in without using the steps to climb in.
