The staff was ok & available if there’s an issue. The property is clean. The room was ok, it was someone dirty clothing in the closet from the previous guest. The beds were clean. Room had a little scent but not an unbearable odor. Issues with the room key not working the entire time we was there. Random sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot.

The lady at the front desk and the manager are great!! But…. everything they advertise is not true!! They advertise “every day housekeeper. I’ve stayed there 4 different trips and that has never happened. I stay for three days at a time for my job. and I have requested it!! This last time I got little ants on my desk table from left over crumbs. They did nothing. But Lori at the front desk did help me.

Overall somewhat tidy but bed was veey uncomfortable. The bathroom sink took awhile to drain. Thru the night roaches in bathroom and also in sitting area. There was a tail from either a snake or lizard sticking out from under the sofa. I have pictures for sink and tail.

When I first arrived at the hotel I was a little worried about the area. After checking in and going to my room all that disappeared. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was great.

The staff were the only saving grace about this location. 5 star customer service. However, the room itself was dirty, shower in the bathroom was clogged, and pretty thin walls.
