Hotel worked with me on providing shuttle .................I had change in flight times 3 times I called every time and they were very understanding and polite. Our shuttle to out flight was just as good. Richard, waiter in restaurant went over and beyond in his service. Housecleaning was very polite and helpful. Staff at desk was great and polite. Answered all my questions and were accommodating when I had special request.

My kids had the best time in the pool, hot tub, and sauna! Great hotel!

The location was very convenient for shopping and eating out. The only downside was that we ended up in a tornado warning and all of us had to be evacuated to the ballroom downstairs. It was hard to get down the stairwell and there was confusion on directions as how to get to safety. Mass chaos arose when it was over with, with everyone trying to utilize the elevators and find the fire exits again. Of course, a tornado is no fault of the hotel. Nothing negative really to say.

The hotel was nice and it's in a good location. However, the staff while not unfriendly were not overall welcoming.

Hotel Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Cooked to order breakfast was delicious.

This was our first visit to the Renaissance Hotel in Tulsa. It is easy to find, a breeze to get to and an outstanding facility to stay in.

Awesome. Very nice. And they had Aveda products in bathroom.

I have stayed at other Renaissance hotels, and I have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff spoke to me only and not to my fiance. Then when we thought we were going to get a good nights sleep that didn't happen either. I had to call the front desk twice due to teenagers slamming doors and running up and down the hallways. It was the most awful experience I have ever had at any hotel. Defiantly not worth my money.

Loved the pool and the indoor Koi pond!! Our room was awesome!! The Staff was great!

The Hottub Closed! Pool Ice Cold! too the poing no one is really using it inside. The icemaker on the floor is out of order! Does anything work in this hotel? The bed has to be the most uncomfortable mattress that I have ever slept on and I actually hurt the next day. If that doesnt make things worse the Hotel Services Swiped my credit card and tied up 400 dollars on my credit card when I had already paid so truly tied up over 500 dollars. I never really complain but truly skip this hotel!

The room was over priced and the front desk women argued with me for ten minutes when I checked in. The room wasn't very nice. I wish I would had stayed at a super 8

We visited friends and family. The hotel was lovely outside of the fact that the mattress needed replacing. It was very uncomfortable unlike other luxury hotels we have stayed in. We would not go back because a good nights rest on a pillow top mattress is imperative.

We had a wonderful stay saturday april 23,2011. the girls were happy and enjoyed the hotel. The two problems I had was, I called before a came to make sure the pool was open. Because that was one of the things they really wanted to do.the pool end up being close, they sent us across the street and the pool was very small. The other problem was the host at breakfast was very mean to the girl's when they went do for breakfast to bring it back to the room. I called before I left because the girl's were very upset about it. the only thing they offered was a free movie and check out was at 11am. It was 10:30am when I called down there!I felt the we should have been affered another night do to the pool being close after i called and ask was it open, and do to the fact of the host being so mean to the girl's..... I don't know how this work or even if someone will read this. Feel free to call me [@]

The breakfast buffet was great but Cost a lot. Hotel is great but cost per night is high.

Frequently heard other doors slamming from rooms but it was tolerable. Did not enjoy several unattended children in the pool! Otherwise, stay was fantastic!

We attended a National Bird Show and were pleased with the room we stayed in and all the exhibition rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Stopped in the Renaissance for one night on our way to Branson. Usually we have a King bed and it has always been wonderful. My daughters were along this trip so we got the double beds which were the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel especially this expensive. It was like being on a boat. Everytime my husband moved, I felt sea sick. They were small, the bedding kept coming off the bed. There was no blanket. There are two sheets and a down comforter. When I got the extra blanket out of the closet, a pair of underwear fell down with the blanket.

I was attending convention and staff was very helpful and accomodating. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were roomy in case you did have family attending. All and all great experience.

Really nice Hotel with lots of Restaurants and Shopping near.

Visited Safari Shelter (Wouldn't go again),ate out, did some shopping. Bought Twilight, watched in the hotel by hooking up our portable DVD player to the hotel TV.
