Great service. And nice room ... Now working pool at the ti.e

Advertised “free WiFi” is $8 per day... rude attitude evening manager. Not typical for a Marriott hotel staff member. 10-10-2020.

Clean, quiet, and convenient, not costly. I would recommend it to everyone.

I paid up front for breakfast and when I got there they’re not serving anything to eat at the hotel except for snacks. Can I get a refund of the additional $10 each for 2 nights?

I liked most everything, but the staff at night was scant

Convenient location, comfy beds, TV connection to streaming services like Netflix, convention center close to entrance. However, No parking for hotel guests during events, no free wi-fi, balcony is worthless with no furniture and on a noisy highway, restaurant was not open on Saturday, made my family switch rooms because one was for one night and one was for two nights instead of just switching their room to 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay again.

The property was great. What i didn’t like was the fact there was a dog that was barking all night and all morning in room 505 and kept me awake, and I didn’t want to complain and be “that” person. I think rooms that allow animals should be in their own section, because that pretty much ruined the whole stay. But the hotel itself was great.

Was told after an arguement with my husband that we had to leave and rushed us out of there in the rudest way possible.

It’s a handy location right next to 169 hwy. although the noise from traffic on 169 can be disturbing late at night.

The location was good walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very accommodating.

Hotel worked with me on providing shuttle .................I had change in flight times 3 times I called every time and they were very understanding and polite. Our shuttle to out flight was just as good. Richard, waiter in restaurant went over and beyond in his service. Housecleaning was very polite and helpful. Staff at desk was great and polite. Answered all my questions and were accommodating when I had special request.

My kids had the best time in the pool, hot tub, and sauna! Great hotel!

The location was very convenient for shopping and eating out. The only downside was that we ended up in a tornado warning and all of us had to be evacuated to the ballroom downstairs. It was hard to get down the stairwell and there was confusion on directions as how to get to safety. Mass chaos arose when it was over with, with everyone trying to utilize the elevators and find the fire exits again. Of course, a tornado is no fault of the hotel. Nothing negative really to say.

The hotel was nice and it's in a good location. However, the staff while not unfriendly were not overall welcoming.

Hotel Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Cooked to order breakfast was delicious.

This was our first visit to the Renaissance Hotel in Tulsa. It is easy to find, a breeze to get to and an outstanding facility to stay in.

Awesome. Very nice. And they had Aveda products in bathroom.

I have stayed at other Renaissance hotels, and I have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff spoke to me only and not to my fiance. Then when we thought we were going to get a good nights sleep that didn't happen either. I had to call the front desk twice due to teenagers slamming doors and running up and down the hallways. It was the most awful experience I have ever had at any hotel. Defiantly not worth my money.

Hello dear valued guest. Sorry to hear you were surprised by the wife charge. There is certainly complimentary wifi in the lobby and also to our marriott bonvoy members. It is really simple to sign up and can be done online or at the desk. Thank you for your valuable feedback. Please give us another try when in the area.
