Horrible we drove to Tulsa to stay the night before my wifes surgery and I told the clerk about it and we got stuck on the 3rd floor the farthest room away right by Hwy 169! Needless to say all we heard all night was the sound of semi’s and cars going up and down the highway! The room was old with construction below us on the 2nd floor and something made both of us sneeze all night!

After I checked in, I was told I would not have water in my room the next two days from 9-4. After I had totally unpacked everything for my week stay the hot water in my shower didn’t work. They gave me another room, but I had to repack and move everything with no help. The luggage cart I was given didn’t work and they had to get another one. The carpet was loose through out my he room and the edge of the curtains were dirty. Maybe it is in the process of being update? The staff was very nice.

The hotel was very outdated and looked rundown. The carpet in our room was very dirty and felt sticky. I expected more because of the reputation they have. I will say the staff was excellent and very accommodating.

Found out once we arrived that the water was going to cut off at 9 am instead of 11 am the normal check out time. There is a bar in there that closes at 12 but they kept yelling and laughing until almost 1 am. Broken and loose tiles by the pool. Smoke alarm kept beeping. Shower head was loose to the point it would shoot water out of the shower along the door and into room.

never usually write reviews but I was extremely disappointed with this visit. So long story short it was my son's 7th birthday yesterday. He had been asking to stay at this hotel since we live so close and see it in passing. So spent the 116 for one night for his birthday. Figured it'd be worth it. Nice hotel room, hot tub for the parents big pool for the kiddos to play etc. Etc. Got to the hotel went to the room. Carpet was coming up in the center of the room. The wall paper was peeling in multiple spots there was even a square "patch" that was peeling off revealing what looked to be a bullet hole in the wall. There was left over trash behind the dressers, didn't want to touch the curtains because there was this brown substance on the curtains. Bath tub didn't look the cleanest either. Alright so the room wasn't really up to par but no matter make the best of it anyways right? So we get our swim trunks on (kiddo had been asking to go swimming for months since our apartment has been doing maintenance on ours all summer) head down and was met with a pool closed sign due to "unforseen issues" so now kiddos just as disappointed as I am if not more. Went back to the room to try and watch a flick and relax. There was a bunch of noise coming from outside our room so had to turn the volume up on our TV to try and block that out. Finish the movie and now it's time for bed. Set the thermostat to 68 fan on auto.The room was hot and everyone had to sleep either with no blankets or sweat

i came thinking this would be a very nice hotel and i was very wrong. i walk in and the revolving door isnt working so i had to push a very heavy door to get in. my first room didnt lock and neither did my balcony. my bathtub was disgusting. my second room was okay but i couldn't open my balcony door. i could hear everyone going in and out of their rooms. No complimentary breakfast is ridiculous. The pillows were so flat i had to use 3. i will never stay here again.

Needs a face lift quickly

Torn up and under renovations. Room was horrible, stained carpet, wrinkled carpet, surprised Marriot would offer in the condition of room #709.
