Comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommend.
I like staying at The Hyatt. This one in particular I’ve had a few issues with. One, the lifts and refrigerator didn’t work upon arrival. The second issue was the bed skirt was not properly on the box springs and it was not appealing. And, of course, paying to park daily is a hassle especially if you have visitors.

The bed was very uncomfortable and both sides leaned towards the middle. There were only a few pillows on the bed when we got there. The Housekeeping staff was very attentive, which was nice. The floor alarm went off due to someone smoking in the stairwell and we all had to evacuate, into the hot morning which was not welcome or needed. The hotel should think about what types of events it hosts in the future. I will not be staying at this property again.

The staff, from Bell staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff to desk clerks - all were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The room we had was nice but not outstanding (beds were comfortable, soft and warm. These were the less liked things about the room: The bathroom was not as expected, though we asked for the easy shower accommodation. The bathroom sloped up, the handicap shower did not slope well to the drain, so water went everywhere! It ran down the slope towards the carpeted room. Once you took a shower the room was so wet all around. The sink area was very small not much room to use for toiletries, it didn’t have shelves underneath, or a place to put your things. The toilet was a handicap seat with no lid which made for noisy flushing, and again no place to put things as you showered. There wasn’t a “closet”, but a rod with hangers next to the entrance door. Also an open niche where shoes, luggage could go next to the first bed. Should I return, I will ask for the regular room hoping to get better room amenities.
Location was good.
The rooms were nice, but the bathroom floors and shower tiles were mildewed and pretty gross. Other than that the rooms and service were great.
I loved my stay. It was clean and quiet. I couldn’t find a speck of dirt or dust anywhere in the room. Airport shuttle was greatly appreciated. Beautiful building.

No towels left after room was cleaned, couldn’t find anyone to get our car out of valet… almost missed our flight over it. Nobody ever answers the phone. Not a good experience
Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, could use a deep cleaning and new style in that area because it looked a little rough.
