Everyone with nice and helpful. When the bad weather hit, they made sure everyone was in a safe place.

The only negative thing about this place is that the parking garage was a little far. Really inconvenience for bad weather

Im surprised for the price we paid for the room they don’t have more updated plug ins for chargers and the bath tub was dirty however the customer service was great the employees were engaging and friendly i absolutely loved them all they were more than happy to help in any way.

The property looked really nice when entering, check in was easy, we got to our room and there was huge red stains on the carpet by the bed, took pics and showed it to the front desk, she was very courteous and moved us to a nicer and bigger room, the new room was excellent

Nice quiet motel in downtown. Room was nice and clean. Swimming pool and hot tub were shut down due to cleaning and I can’t recommend the valet service. Very unorganized and poorly planned. Very disappointed.

Noises throughout the night inside the building. Water in pipes, other building noise. Did not have bed linens/pillows for my kids pull out in the room. The room had a bad odor like it had been smoked in, but the attendant did not offer to help when I called down to explain the smell. Not at all indicative of what a 4star hotel should be.

Good place to stay with the family and nice and clean

Filthy absolutely filthy disgusting. Hairs and blood in the shower, stick pins on the bathroom floor, black curly hair in the sheets, only one cup with the ice bucket, not enough staff to answer phones. AC didnt work in our room. So angry. So frustrated.

Great location. Great service in all Areas. Only negative is that they have no parking except valet service. Which cost $27 per day.
