Photos are from when this place was new. The fake plants are missing from all rails except by the elevators. The water was barely in the creek on main floor. Place is worn out and in need of complete rehab. Filthy carpet, patched up wall paper, leaky plumbing- could not figure where water was coming from. Mildew odor, fogged windows. Pool was not open and ice machine on 12th floor out of service. Building terrible, staff was good. Coffee not available in lobby at 5:30am, had to go to Sheraton across the street for a cup which they took pity on me and gave it to me free. Location was walkable to: Bricktown, Myriad Garden, Scissor park, Skirvin restaurants and National Restaurant.

Peeling wallpaper, painted smoke detector, very stained furniture. Entire hotel is very worn and dated. Staff was pleasant. No parking. Bad construction directly across street. The [explicit] hotel lobby coffee costs money.

The rooms are in serious need of a makeover. The decor looks like the set of a 70’s porno. Room didn’t get made up. The tub in the bathroom is tiny, very hard to stand and balance your self in the shower. The lobby is fine

Had to change rooms there was blood in the bed and left over candy on the floor of the room. The night lady for the front desk was very nice and helpful to get us a new room. The night staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had a nice clean room. The hotel bar closed at 7:30. The bartender said it was because people couldn’t follow the rules. It was our anniversary and we were just hoping to have a drink before we went to bed.

Awful service, dirty, stained, no parking and 35 dollar forced valet. Costs a 1.50 convenience fee to tip on top of the ridiculous valet cost. Never again.

We have stayed at the Wyndham as a staycation for years and loved it. Now, it's clear that they are aiming to be the cheapest downtown hotel rather than a quality one. The hot tub was broken, all pool towels piled high in a basket in the pool area, 3 different floors ice machines were broken without signs, our room smelt of mildew due to a leak in the shower head, the sofa had strange stains on it, and this was the first time we were not offered breakfast vouchers during our stay (the manager insisted this had never been done despite this being our 5th time at the hotel). We attempted to use the "new AI front desk helper" and it took an hour to receive a reply. The valet staff and the bed were the only good parts of our stay. Save your money, stay at a hilton or holiday inn. Or spend just slightly more for another hotel downtown
