Travelers beware!!!!!! Bed bugs !!!! We checked in at at 3am. Didn’t go to sleep till 5pm because we’re traveling nurses. Woke up at 10pm. When we awoke my s/o was covered in bites. Took the bed apart and to my shock and surprise….. bed bugs. We asked to check out at 11:20pm ad asked for a refund. They said they’re giving us a one day refund, but still haven’t seen it. Plus I think they needed to do more then that. We had to throw away all our clothes and bags. I would go. The property is janky also. Elevators are broken, carpet outdated and dirty…. Smh. Never again.

Nothing to note that I liked. It was in the thick of renovations. Looked very run-down. Elevator didn't work and finding my way to the stairs took a minute of searching. The whole place and my room had an odd smell.

Staff upon arrival was not very welcoming. Provided false information about breakfast the next morning. The entire hotel is being renovated so there is smell of mold and water damage in the hallways. Do not recommend. Very disappointed in the Clarion name.

Items for improvement: Clean or replace carpet in the room Toilet sits TOO low Bathtub - visible shabby plumbing repair Breakfast area - need microwave or soft butter and choice of whole milk instead of 2% or skim Had 11:00 a.m. checkout and housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:00 and we received a call from the front desk. We were not informed by desk personnel that they were placing a $100 hold on our account.

Did not like hotel and would not recommend. Only picked because they allow pets. Started out with getting a room that had other people's stuff in it. Once we got our room changed, we noticed that the floor was covered with dead bugs. Breakfast was also disappointing.

Hotel was close to major freeways and had a decent breakfast offering.

Was in town for NCAA men's b'ball tournament, so location & TV were important. Cable TV did not include TRU channel

The sheets were stained & there were no protectant covers between the sheets and mattress, It was disgusting. You spend a lot of money for a hotel to just get this?

The only negative inside the room was a hanging outlet strip full of cords when I had to move the coffeemaker down in front of the microwave to reach it. The outside negative was much worse. Our room was near the back entrance, but we had to park in front at night due to the drug dealing going on in the back parking lot. No police presence the whole weekend. Walking so far was difficult due to my disability.

Clean, affordable, decent place. WiFi slow. Good for business traveler.

Friendly staff and real helpful. Only thing I think it needs is a hot tub to be perfect.
