When you check in, they could have better attitudes and make you feel more welcomed!!!! They have been the ONLY hotel that wants a $100 pet deposit, even if I had stayed other times, every week at least 2 days in a row, and them knowing he hasn't done any of those times. Then main thing is them running my credit card up front each time and I have to wait 7 business days for them to refund me.

To begin with we got to the room and the smell of chemicals was completely overwhelming. Then our bath mat was gross with black stuff on it. I had to kill what I believe was a cockroach right next to my bed. Totally disgusting. I would never recommend this place.

Be sure to bring your own shampoo, soaps, lotions etc. We stayed here for two weeks before moving into our new house. The breakfast bar is very minimal. We used food delivery every day. It was fine for our situation.... close to the new house. Cleaning staff were wonderful.

The person that checked me in at 1:42 am was pleasant. There isn’t an elevator. The room was hot when I got inside and didn’t cool off by morning. There was a faint unclean smell around the bed and a hair in the bathtub. The bathtub floor felt like it had a soap scum film on it. The towels are stored over the toilet.

The stay was okay, however, the person working the front desk was very unprofessional and somewhat rude. He was more concerned about speaking on his phone to his friend which resulted in taking too long to check in and having difficulties speaking to him about issues when he was on his phone every time I ran into him

Dripping water in the dirty tub, dirty and smelly room, with some bugs in the room. Did not stay in there. Never ever !! I requested refund but they did not refund us. I will file a legal complaint against them.
