I find it more than ridiculous to pre-pay $100 for "amenities" I haven't used. Especially when there are next to zero amenities available. On top of that, telling me that you don't accept cash is just a treatment that you don't and can't trust your employees. Finally, they are in the hospitality business. Making your guest feel uncomfortable before check in is not hospitable at all! I guarantee that the hotel host would not like to be treated in any way that way I was treated by him. I don't care what kind of transaction he use making.
I liked that the front desk clerks are friendly and curtious. The room was nice and clean with all the necessities for an overnight stay. The only thing I don't like is that they require a deposit to stay in the room even if you have stayed there more than once. I think if you stay more than one time, the deposit should be waved. Other than that it is an excellent place to stay.
We weeee able to check in early cause we arrived sooner than we thought. Everything was clean.
Did not like noise level of people out in the parking lot until after midnight.

I booked through an online travel portal, I only booked this place because they have a shuttle to the airport. I got to the hotel and they told me I wouldn’t be able to use the shuttle as it wasn’t included in my booking even though the site said it did. I offered to pay for the shuttle service & they still told me no. If I would’ve known this ahead of time I wouldn’t have booked here at all! Room was very dirty as well.
They ask me $200 deposit and a credit card not cash or debit this is the worst
Nothing unique. I didnt like getting there and they didnt have my reservation it wasnt until i called ornitz and through a fit and was going to go find somewhere else to stay that they found me a room. Then light above sink had a short, no remote in the room , and no towels.
We had an amazing stay even drive thru a tornado to get there. Staff was very friendly, room was great and loved that there was a Subway in the hotel so we didn't have to get back out in the bad weather to get dinner! We would definitely stay here again!
The staff at the front desk was very short and rude. It was late but we had a reservation and just wanted to get to our room. He was so frustrated that he had to deal with us like it bothered him to have to come out of his room in the back.

All was well. The rooms face outside and ours faced a large highway intersection but the hotel had great music channel so the smoothly music drowned out the traffic noise. There is a subway in house, but nothing within walking distance. Nice shuttle to Airport.
