The property was gorgeous!! Our rooms were clean and spacious. There was a "maple" scent to the room that was a bit wierd but it was nothing my perfume couldn't cure. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The complementary breakfast is also delicious, I wasn't a fan of starbucks until this trip!! 5 stars!!
I liked that there was Starbucks on site. I didnt like that the room was not as descibed. The hotel said they needed to update there site to flow with the new face lift of the hotel. That being said room was great. Staff was great. Comp breakfast would have been nice.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Only thing that was disappointing was the pillows weren’t down. I was expecting that. Otherwise it was great.
We came in for one night with our family of 4. Space was comfortable and roomy for the four of us. The seperate sink from shower and toilet is a big help.
At first appearance, the lobby and ground level of the hotel seemed really nice and clean. Once I got stepped out of the elevator on the third floor, I was overwhelmed by an overpowering smell of mildew and mold. The entire hallway area reeked and I was greeted by the same smell in my room. I literally had to use deodorizing spray just to be able to stay in the room. By morning, I could not wait to check out and get away from the smell. I was extremely disappointed by the quality of my stay and can guarantee you I will not be staying at this hotel for any of my future visits to Tulsa.
Nice hotel, enjoyed the bistro. Pool was excellent. A/C in the room had problems keeping it cool at night even though it was cool outside.
Would stay here again. No issues and a smooth stay.... kids liked the pool.

The hotel was a disappointment. It's pretty to look at and the rooms are nice enough, however, several important features are missing. There was NO HAIR DRYER provided. In an enclosed bathroom, there was NO BLOWER OR AIR FILTER or heating blower. There was a charge for breakfast. What a disappointment that was.
Overall a good place to stay. Close to 169 and the Broken Arrow expressway. Room was clean and had a nice dridge and microwave.

Weekend family stopover. Hotel is well situated and kept in very good condition. Did have one minor issue with outside building doors not reading room keys. Turned out to be bad cards.
