How was great. Fit all our guests perfectly. If you are traveling with other families this works out well. There were a few minor fixable things that we notified them about but all in all a good fit for us.

Don’t waste your time on this one.

Where can I start? This one, unfortunately, has been my worst experience with any host so far and there’s been plenty of them. To start, when we got to the home, it wasn’t exactly clear what we were walking into. There are actually 3 units there, A, B and C. So it says there are seven bedrooms but it’s spread out over 3 different apartments. Not a huge deal but just wasn’t what we were expecting. The problems started with the communication with the property manager. He’s proven to be very difficult and not accommodating at all. Real, those are the rules, nothing I can do about it, kind of guy. As difficult as he’s been, it wasn’t the worst part. When we walked into the home, we were immediately hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. Not what we wanted. Then, upon inspecting the rooms, there were several stains on the bed including human hair and a rather suspicious bodily fluid-looking stain. So we had to go through each room and find the cleanest beds. The bedrooms had doorknobs that were installed upside down and the bathrooms didn’t lock. So just make sure you trust your roommates I suppose. The towels are awful and feel like washcloths. On the bright side, it is decorated rather nicely and the water pressure is good. But that doesn’t really compensate for everything else. Not sure if these guys are new to this as of the time of the time of this review there’s only one other review for this property. With so many other better options out there, don’t waste your time.

Friends reunion

We loved this property and will likely book again for another friends trip. The house is very large and has lots of space for a lot of adults. The setup of having kitchens for two of the spaces upstairs was convenient. The property manager was EXCEPTIONAL at communicating and making our process easy. The house was spotless and overall couldn’t have asked for more. Neighborhood is great too.
