Strong chemical/cleaner odor throughout the hotel, masking smoke odor. Unable to eliminate smoke odor from my belongings, including suitcase, coat, etc. Contacted hotel before writing this review, no response.

Stay for three nights, no room cleaning for Sunday, only one set of shampoo/conditioner for three days (have to go to front desk to request).
Landscaping and maintenance of the lawn was lacking, Wellness center, several exercise equipment not working. TVs not operational
The room was fine. We originally booked with Country Inn & Suites, but they didn't have a room available and they moved us next door to Mainstay Suites. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There are some signs of wear throughout the hotel but nothing major. The big disappointment was breakfast. We got down to the breakfast area about a half hour before it ended. There was hardly anything left. My companion scraped out the last of the dried out scrambled eggs. The juice machine was broken. There was no milk, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal. Hot coffee and tea were the only things to drink. Nothing was refilled despite the amount of time remaining in the breakfast window. As that was our final experience at the hotel, it generally left a bad impression.

I liked the staff very respectful an polite. Only thing had a problem with was the shower. The faucet still dripped a lot of water while trying to take a shower but other than that Excellent!!
