The room had the ice maker in front of the door and was right next to the elevator. It was a very noisy night. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was nicely done.

Our check-in was smooth and fast; the clerk was friendly, and then when we asked the hours for the hot tub, we were told the pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning! The sole purpose for me booking this hotel reservation was the hot tub for my granddaughter's birthday present trip! Other hotels showed "seasonal" or "outdoor" pools and spas, but this one was indoor and showed available, until our check-in. What a disappointment!! All else was fine, nice room, comfy bed and pillow, good shower. The breakfast was the usual fare: waffles, cereal, yogurt, eggs and sausage, plus juice and coffee. We don't drink coffee and when we asked about hot chocolate, they were all out - really!?? Sadly, the score I am giving is poor. I couldn't change my hotel reservation at so late in the game, but was truly disappointed that features so big as a pool and hot tub were not taken care of in better time than to be closed during the Christmas holidays - bad timing on Comfort Inns part!

The main owner I believe some Man from India was very unprofessional made false allegations and tried to charge me for policy violations when there were no violations. Didn't have access to the indoor pool nor hot tub and the original room rented wasn't cleaned properly. I do NOT recommend this place unless it's a last resort and even then be conscientious of the guys scandalous mentality to try and steal your money... Very unprofessional. The only good employee was an older woman who was prompt and did her job right she was at the front desk she deserves acknowledgement for her excellence but the Indian Man needs to be held accountable for his unprofessional behavior and actions!!

To much money for a 1 star

Well where to begin. Check in was ok very nice older lady, got to our room, it felt clean. Then about five minute's in there was bugs inside the room in the window frame, there was a couple bugs in the beds my children told me after they were terrified and couldnt sleep. The tv didnt work, like it turned on but said it was searching for channels the whole time. One of the main lights flickered so we had to turn it off. The view was just a cement wall thats apart of the building, the fuacet didnt completely close for a shower. And one of the lights in the bathroom didnt work, and the pool area felt dirty and was dirty as well as the hottub. Usually thats one of my kids favorite things to do is swimming. But they really didnt want to get in. And super overpriced for what it is... never staying at this place again..

Cleaner outside then inside carpet had stains everywhere . The man at the front desk made us wait till his 3:00 but the time on my watch or phone showed 3:01 so we had to wait till 3:10 to check in very rude man. We will never go back there.
