The security latch to prevent the opening more than a couple of inches was broken, the window shade was pulled down except for the last inch & could not be adjusted. The bath towel had a worn spot in it. The mat outside the main hotel doorway was damaged. Staff was nice, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay except the orange juice had a different taste.
