Condo is located inside a 24/7 secured property with a locked gate that leads directly to a beautiful beach with a walkable pier to enjoy a breathtaking stroll at sunset. Or if you prefer to enjoy a bbq dinner, there is a shared grill poolside and plenty of seating to watch the sunset with as you enjoy your evening meal.

Rather not cook? Plenty of walkable restaurants located across the street and along the Nuevo Vallarta Marina!
