This is a “unique” hotel. It has a plastic vibe that is cheap looking. However it is over priced for what you get. The black toilet seat was gross and crappy. The red fixtures were yucky and I just didn’t feel It was clean or inviting. The lobby had a weird night club lighting and the credit card machine didn’t work so the clerk had to type in my numbers which was like “wow”. They charge a huge “destination fee” too on top on what you pay here on Expedia. Like wow we are paying to stay in a destination like this? I won’t be staying here again.

Great room with decent space and amazing view (sky chamber). Friendly staff. Nice gym. Just needs towel racks in the room; oddly there are none.

The staff were fantastic - the service was perfect. The hotel was extremely clean and the ambiance was the true brand of Virgin.

Their employees were really great and very helpful. The location was wonderful and the view from our room was as beautiful. Oh and the burger from the restaurant was great .

My experience was terrific! I'll be back!

I would avoid

The hotel started off on a bad foot with the valet being super unorganized. We were waiting for 20 minutes because there were no parking spaces in the valet area and didn’t want to get ticketed and the manager just told us to wait with our car. Once we finally got valet taken care of the hotel was great. Rooms were clean and spacious, the views were great, and customer service was great! I wish valet was more organized and on top of it but they will hopefully improve with time. We were also checking out on Veterans Day so we had to walk to get our car which made the $75 valet charge not feel worth it. I’d definitely stay here again - especially if I wasn’t driving in.

The hotel is modern and clean with small but well-appointed rooms. Staff is professional and courteous.

I wasn’t happy with the view from the 10th floor so they upgraded our room with no problem or questions asked. It was def worth the extra money. View was great from the 35th floor, and I recommend getting a room on the highest floor they have available! Pool was super nice as well, and can’t say enough about the friendly staff! Cheers…..
