There was a table with an outlet. I charged my devices until my son told me the table outlet was not plugged into anything. I spent the 4 hour journey the next day with an uncharged pc and phone and could not do my work. Also no coffee machine. We had to leave early and wanted a cup of coffe.
My reservation was canceled a few hours before my arrival. I would not trust this hotel and book somewhere else instead.
It was close to Macy's and shopping and a cute park. The staff was incredibly rude, not wearing masks during an indoor mask mandate, treated me like the broken WiFi was my fault. They were insulting and nasty. The WiFi didn't work for us for a total of five nights at the establishment depsite them having ample time to fix it.
Close to everything, loved the Korean restaurants on the block especially the 2 amazing pastry shops. Would stay here again. Nice hotel for the price, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. The block gets a little sketchy at night because of the bars but other than that we really enjoyed the area
The carpets etc. could do with updating but it was a good place to stay right in the heart of Manhattan. Right in Koreatown if that’s your food dream!
Staff was unfriendly, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, wallpaper falling off the bedroom and bathroom walls, and we had to carry our luggage around because they “don’t hold bags” which is very strange for a hotel in a tourist area not to offer this service. Their website makes the property look glamorous but in reality, it’s anything but. Yes, rates are affordable but there are definitely nicer places to stay for the same price. The “industry leading elevated cleaning” protocol they advertise on their website is highly doubtful.

AC made terrible noise all night, room was next to the ice vending machine which makes noise all the time and also when people came to get the ice, we requested to extend the checkout time for 30 min but was refused straight away, asked if we could keep the luggage ( one bag) service was not available, also I was charged $350 holding deposit instead of $50, apart from location we did not feel anything good about the hotel. Staff was nice to talk but we did not receive the services we had expected.
Location was very convenient. Room was dirty, peeling paint from bathroom, wallpaper held with Scotch tape. Brown stain on bed skirt……

You get what you pay for. We arrived early, expecting to be able to leave our luggage at the desk before check in, but the luggage room was closed due to Covid. The concierge was able to get us into a room early, which was a life saver. One of the elevators was down, so there was always a decent wait, but staff attempted to make it as smooth as possible. Room was fine and walls were thick. Despite the large amount of noise from room across the hall, we slept easily. Would stay again for a night or two.
I liked that the property was in a great location for what the purpose of my trip was for. I did not like that there was only 1 elevator working which was quite slow, however I made to understand that they elevators were being replaced. Overall, good place, convenient.
Our stay was very good. The hotel is clean and staff was friendly. The room was small but that did not matter as we did not come to spend our time in the hotel room. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean and the view was another building good thing we are here to look at and be surrounded by buildings. We will stay here again.
