This hotel has a unique system for insuring that the traveler knows the room has been cleaned! After cleaning, a blue sticker strip is put on door, when you first pen your room, the strip breaks. The driver has date/employees who cleaned. Has a full service restaurant on site (does room service). Heated pool/spa! Is very close to shopping/eating.

We had a late check in and had no problem and even got our warm cookies at 2am. Only complaint was the phone lines were down and I could not contact the facilities but it worked out okay.

The bathroom was dirty when we arrived, mildew and sticky floor. Not completely supplied first night - the staff responded next day, thoroughly cleaned and supplied. There was no fan in the bathroom- stayed humid and stuffy. Hotel room needs an update. We got through our 2 day event, but will not return.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and it kept waking us

Housekeeping didn't change the sheets. They only made the bed

Thr room was very small and dark! Not enough light in the rooms. Carpet old, no USB ports in room. Very damp and old. Needs updating!!

The staff were awesome, helpful, and professional. The cookies were tasty! My only complaint about the hotel was that the pool wasn't heated, I wished it had of been. The only other issue I had was that we left a small camera there and instead of just mailing it to us COD, they have a deal worked out with FED EX that is highway robbery. So we still don't have our camera. But other than that the stay was great and service was fabulous!

Very nice hotel conveniently located to restaurants, shopping mall and right off Interstate. The lunch/dinner menu was good....breakfast was only fair. But kudos to the happy hour bar prices...who ever heard of $3 LIT's.....drink with caution, lol

The best part of the stay was a warm cookie when checking in. The room was small. The ceiling in the bathroom is not for anyone over six feet which also means the shower head is low. No water pressure. Worst pillows I ever had the displeasure to sleep on. Old style noisy in wall air conditioner. Definitely not worth the price for a night. I had better experiences in a lot cheaper hotels.
