To noise place, dirty towels, dirty carpets, tv not working properly, people listening music in parking lot so loud at midnight. Terrible experience.

It had a very different and iteresting layout but was spacious and easy to get around once we became familiar with it. The rooms were acceptably clean. It seemed to be built in stages as some of the corridors were confusing. I would stay again.

The room smelled, no phone,, the mini frigerator did not work, very dirty. Do not recommend.

Ms.Chris was the staff at check in. She was super nice. The room we had which was 122 the light at the sink didnt work right. There was a roach in the bathroom and the room got really hot in the middle of the night even with the air on. There were kids running across the walk way above us. When we were loading up to leave my sister anf my son were in the room amd the house keeping staff just walked in. They didnt knock or identify themselves. It was 840am so they shouldnt have been doing that. There also werent enough pool towels for the guest.

People were very loud. Someone knocked on our door at midnight. We could hear people outside our room talking at 2am. Eggs were powdered and bland, coffee was cold.

Want my money back try to cancel reservation. Purchase a secure plan whatever it is never made it there and plus I try to call the hotel they stated to call orbitz what I got was a robot

TV didn’t work Paul area was all busted up generally the property was in a state of disrepair

I did not like the fact that I was unable to use any of the amenities such as the hot tub due to people having their little babies in it up unattended , and when I went to say something to the front desk the ladie told me that the mother was at the bar! So the front desk was fully aware! And I was not happy with the fact that their were children playing football behind the pool area where it is a blank canvas and adults were condoning the behavior. I stayed 2 nights and could not use the hot tub or pool with my husband , and I even had a child come and ask me for my key card to get in the workout room because his mother was no where to be found!!! There should not be children/babies in a hot tub period , let alone unattended and the staff not do anything about it. The pool definitely needs to bigger also. And when I did attempt to go to the hot tub it was cold due to children coming back and forth from the pool to the hot tub. And I almost fell bc their was so much water EVERYWHERE.

During my 4 night stay, I had to renew card access daily. One employee said it was due to a problem with homeless. It wasn’t convenient for me. My room had cigarette smoke smell twice. I complained and was told to keep the bathroom door shut and put a towel to block the crack underneath. That’s because the vent in bathroom above toilet allowed me to see into another room, no privacy. It also let smoke from the other hotel room in. They also said smoke is from guests who smoke outside the building in a breezeway near my room, even though they should smoke 25 ft away. No exhaust fan in bathroom. The bathtub drain was clogged and I had to turn the shower off to let water drain, then resume bathing.

Our stay at the Clarion was nice. It was clean. When we first arrived, the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The check in and out process was very quick. Many of the amenities were unavailable due to COVID.

Three reasons I won't go back to this hotel: 1. I chose this hotel specifically because it said they had a hot tub. Got there and the front desk person said that it had been broken for a year and she said they have no intention of fixing it, that it costs too much 2. Their online info said they had breakfast. NOPE! Nothing 3. ZERO bath towels in the room. 3 hand towels, 2 wash clothes and NO bath towels, plus no floor towel to step out of the shower onto. The only reason this place doesn't get the lowest rating is that the bed was comfortable and the place reasonably clean. VERY DISAPPOINTED that their offerings online were not there when I arrived.

My room faced the pool and had a funny musty smell.

Close to lots of food and staff was friendly and accommodating

The person at the desk was great with check-in. But our was not great! We were put in the back of hotel, where lots of truckers park & seem to stay in these rooms. No ever sees this area, so lotsgoes on. We had a pitbull dog running free ( is owned by a trucker), he did warn us to keep our service dogs a distance from his dog. Lots of loud noise & our room was just not up to standards. Have stayed at this Hotel before & was on different side of hotel & everything was fine.

Rooms and bed were Comfortable and great breakfast. The check in lady was grumpy but it was 11pm
