Beautiful beaches, amazing staff, would stay again.

The matress in our room felt like old and saggy, toiletries we're very limited , towels we're small and not good quality, shower pressure very low , tv should be upgraded to smar tv as everyone nowadays uses app for enjoying programs as netflix ,hulus , apple tv and what have you Next time will call ahead and inquire if not available will choose another facility .

Great for a quick get away

Houskeeping no-showed two days in a row, the second after I asked a maid who standing with a cart next to the door to our room before 2pm to please clean the room and called Housekeeping an hour later because she left without doing anything. When I called for towels later the fresh towels were in a disorganized pile on the bed and the used towels hadn't been removed. The guy grilling lunches wasn't wearing gloves for the first two houes on Friday and was standing over the food withh his mask pulled under his nose. He frequently pulled under his mouth to speak in the same spot.

My wife have been coming here for 12 years, for the large, comfortable rooms, proximity to the beautiful white sand beach and restaurants, very competent and friendly staff, and family oriented atmosphere. We even had our wedding at the hotel. Negatives are the food (other than breakfast), which we gave up on five years ago, drinks which were terrible and incredibly overpriced but have improved somewhat this year, and increasing and annoying ripoff fees. Twenty five dollars a day to self park outside and thirty five dollar daily mandatory resort fee? Get real, go back to charging ten bucks a day for parking which is free across the street and add fifty bucks to the advertised room rates. The rates will beat Marriott and Ocean Resort, some of the places we go to eat.

The hotel at first sight doesn’t look all that great from the outside but when you walk into the lobby it’s very pretty. They do charge $25 for self parking and they don’t have valet at the moment. The room was really nice, clean and spacious. The pool was pretty packed with kids but what can you do that’s out of the hotels control. They did have a food area where we ordered a hamburger, a hot dog and a Mai Tai. It was really expensive for what we got, it came out to $50 the total and they don’t give you any side. I think for something so expensive they should at least include chips or what not. My only complain is that I don’t understand why they don’t have room service. I really don’t understand what Covid has to do with them providing this service since they do charge a $35 resort fee per night.

I liked the beach and the hotel was comfortable too!

Great place for families

The location right on the beach. We had chairs abd an umbrella every day.

Everything was outstanding!

great beach, easy walking to restaurants friendly staff.

Staff was hit or miss on politeness. Servers in dining room were unattentive and we only got service due to the Hostess going above and beyond her role. Room cleaning seemed minimal and several times we had to ask for something that wasn't refilled (wash rags, soap, towels). Desk employees and baggage handlers were very friendly and helpful. They really need to have an arrangement with more transportation services (Uber, Lyft, etc) or even have a courtesy van that could at least take you around the island.

We had a wonderful experience!

I stayed at this property two years ago and has a wonderful experience. I stayed in the same room this year and paid $400 more a night, both times during spring break. Basic amenities were nonexistent or lacking. Most of the staff was rude or simply did not care. I would not seek this facility out in the future. I don’t feel the cost/benefit was there. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, hence, maybe the increase in price. I don’t feel that the cost increase was valid even during this because certain items were just not available i.e. no toilet paper, towels in rooms. Similar facilities in the area might be a better choice.

The hotel is a little older. When we got to our room we realized that there was no separation between living room and bedroom in the suite we booked. I came down to say we got the wrong room. They said the 1-855 number that Orbitz/Expedia provided where I verified that we would have a separation (since our baby would sleep in one room and we could hang out in the other) IS NOT THEIRS. And whoever told us that there is a separation lied. At this point we didn’t have any options but to upgrade to a full suite on the premier floor and maybe they’ll comp a some drinks and parking - basically our trip cost us DOUBLE because the number that I found for this hotel through Orbitz PRETENDS that’s it’s the actual Hilton hotel reservations desk. Anyway, the hotel didn’t care much about it. The premier room had rust in the sinks and one of the faucets came undone during our stay. The hotel cleaners wore masks below their noses and masks among guests weren’t really enforced. Of course the hotel can’t do much about that. Also the grill at the poool - you have to order from a server that is never around and it literally took my husband the same amount of time to go inside the restaurant, order and yet our entire meal than it was to even get a server to come up to us... the amenities are mediocre, older hallways, rooms, decor. The best thing about the whole stay was Eddie our bellman. He was the most attentive and actually seemed to care about our stay. We didn’t even get a thank you at C/O

I requested daily cleaning of my room. One day did not receive cleaning, had to request towels 3 times before receiving them, to only receive excuses of the hotel being busy. Found the $35/day resort fee excessive since they are not providing normal hotel services daily. The pool & beach were great & the hotel is very pretty. Just very disappointed with the service.
