We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and quiet. Restaurant on premises is very good for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. We felt no need to leave. Beach is accessible via property and is very clean. Kids friendly

The staff is A . 2nd time back in a month and they still wow us. The staff at Hilton sets the bar for exceptional service

Loved this vacation. Woody the bartender was the best.

Very happy with my stay. Great customer service. Rooms are very big

Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Great beach access, beach crowded, jacuzzi didn’t work, restaurant average good for breakfast or lunch only

Most unique thing of this property is the staff. Not even close. Physical property was also perfect!

We found the property cold, it had the feeling of a hospital. The front desk people where not friendly and welcoming. The self checking and check out does not work. We had to stop by the desk both times. The beach chairs are about to fall apart. The overall of the hotel did not give us the feel of a luxury hotel but rather like a motel. On a positive note, our room was large, and the pillows were great.

Beautiful beaches, amazing staff, would stay again.

The matress in our room felt like old and saggy, toiletries we're very limited , towels we're small and not good quality, shower pressure very low , tv should be upgraded to smar tv as everyone nowadays uses app for enjoying programs as netflix ,hulus , apple tv and what have you Next time will call ahead and inquire if not available will choose another facility .

Great for a quick get away

Houskeeping no-showed two days in a row, the second after I asked a maid who standing with a cart next to the door to our room before 2pm to please clean the room and called Housekeeping an hour later because she left without doing anything. When I called for towels later the fresh towels were in a disorganized pile on the bed and the used towels hadn't been removed. The guy grilling lunches wasn't wearing gloves for the first two houes on Friday and was standing over the food withh his mask pulled under his nose. He frequently pulled under his mouth to speak in the same spot.

My wife have been coming here for 12 years, for the large, comfortable rooms, proximity to the beautiful white sand beach and restaurants, very competent and friendly staff, and family oriented atmosphere. We even had our wedding at the hotel. Negatives are the food (other than breakfast), which we gave up on five years ago, drinks which were terrible and incredibly overpriced but have improved somewhat this year, and increasing and annoying ripoff fees. Twenty five dollars a day to self park outside and thirty five dollar daily mandatory resort fee? Get real, go back to charging ten bucks a day for parking which is free across the street and add fifty bucks to the advertised room rates. The rates will beat Marriott and Ocean Resort, some of the places we go to eat.

The hotel at first sight doesn’t look all that great from the outside but when you walk into the lobby it’s very pretty. They do charge $25 for self parking and they don’t have valet at the moment. The room was really nice, clean and spacious. The pool was pretty packed with kids but what can you do that’s out of the hotels control. They did have a food area where we ordered a hamburger, a hot dog and a Mai Tai. It was really expensive for what we got, it came out to $50 the total and they don’t give you any side. I think for something so expensive they should at least include chips or what not. My only complain is that I don’t understand why they don’t have room service. I really don’t understand what Covid has to do with them providing this service since they do charge a $35 resort fee per night.

I liked the beach and the hotel was comfortable too!
