Surprised that there was a fee to park on the grounds. I expected a resort fee, but.............

Partial ocean view was more of a view of the front parking lot . Ceiling of hotel room intermittently leaked water. Would not accept any Hilton honors recognition when booked through orbitz.

The staff was excellent. I wish that they had more dining options.

Hotel food service was poor - food quality for the price was poor. Christmas buffet soooo overpriced and not very good. My 2 teenage sons walked in for something to eat at the restaurant and were shuffled to a mediocre buffet and charged 65 a person without anyone telling them the price!!!

We were not told that the hot tub was broken. We were not told that the spa was closed down. We WERE told WHEN WE BOOKED OUR RESERVATION that all remodeling construction would be completed by December 1st. THAT WAS A LIE. We both have serious health issues and planned this trip for a restful getaway. We couldn’t even take an afternoon nap because of the drilling and hammering! The ad showed a beautiful hot tub and a 10,000 square foot spa. Our bodies needed to use those amenities, but they were not available to us. This hotel should never have been open to the public because it wasn’t ready to do so! I will never stay there again!!

Very accommodating staff, room comfortable but a bit tired. Nice beach

Dissapointed with the fees, $25/day resort & $15 self parking, then an additional $25 +tips for an umbrella. So $60+/day to lay on their beach! Basic rooms, basic pool, basic bar, sterile lobby. But great location.

Great time, wonderful staff and prime location ! The pool is great for all ages and the to be right on the beach and great as well with all the water sport options.

Absolutely perfect vacation. Loved our king junior suite! Very spacious and nicely furnished! Balcony view was very nice as well, saw the beach through the trees!

Rooms were pretty good. Always clean, great bathroom. The overall hotel is dated and the dining is poor (food and service) compared to the other nice hotels in the area. Staff were blah, with one exception . . . Sandie at the front desk was great. Had the opportunity to go to the Marriot everyday for a conference. That's where it's at.

Upgraded to suite which was fabulous! Great view of ocean and comfortable. Wonderful beach and pool. The restaurant was convenient but the food was boring and plain

The hotel was very nice, clean and staff was very friendly. The only issue was that the coffee kiosk closed at noon. The pool area is a bit small but we were there for the beach and not the pool. I wish there would have been an outside bar that was open late. It would have been nice to have some music and drinks on the grounds. Overall is was a good hotel and I would stay there again.
