The location and views are excellent. Rooms are large and comfortable. The parking fee is $25/night, up from $10 two years ago. There is a $35/night "resort fee," which also is newish. It's like flying on Spirit - low advertised rates but one has to take the gotchas into account when comparing rates. The drinks are expensive but of better quality and larger than in past years. In hotel dining options are very limited but it's a short walk across the street or up the beach to the Marriott. The hotel misses out on a lot revenue from food.

My wife and have been regular guests for eleven years. This time we did not dine in the restaurant or order room service because the menu is limited and the food looked average. We did not understand why the rooms do not have trash cans and there are no trash or recycling bins near the ice machines. The nightly self parking fee was doubled since we visited in 2018, and a $35/night resort fee is tacked on to the room rate. The hotel has large rooms with anywhere from OK to stellar views, and the staff keeps everything very clean. The location and beach are unbeatable. They are very polite and helpful. if you can get past the gotchas and bizarre directions from the corporate office, it's still a nice place.

Lovely property, easy check in.Had a great view of ocean from my room even though it was partial ocean view room. Large hotel room, really comfortable

This place is amazing so close to the beach , very clean can wait to go back.

It was just ok. The staff were very nice and always did what we requested in a reasonable amount of time. They need new towels both in the rooms and at the beach. The reason it gets a decent rating is location. Great beach on a beautiful island. Also, we have been on vacations in the past where it is difficult to get an umbrella to sit under- but here it was super easy and fast.

Excellent service! Clean and nice, Jimena on of the best waitress.

I like the location and the exterior social areas.

bad service paid resort fees when amenities are closed

Great property. I really enjoyed my time there. 5 points

Absolute wonderful staff! Aaron, Eddie, Missy, the housekeepers, valet, waitresses, beach staff - everyone was sooooo pleasant.

I didn't like being charged for parking, and for the use of the pool, felt like it was nickel and dime attitude

all A OK, great staff very friendly, helpful... room was nice, a partial view is indeed a "partial" view...

Very helpful and nice people working at this hotel but in general this hotel seems understaffed. Our room was spacious and clean although our room was not ready until close to 4:45PM. The location on the beach is amazing although the process to get chairs ends up wasting guests time. The restaurant exceeded our expectations in terms of view, service and food but getting a reservation was too complicated. This hotel has a lot of promise if some logistical issues can be resolved.

Cleanliness, friendly staff and comfortable environment

We didn't like all the fees associated with the hotel.
