What a lovely hotel! Our 10th floor room had the most gorgeous ocean front view! Large sitting area separate from the bedroom - very spacious! We’ll be back!

Half of the staff were amazing, however the other half were very rude and unhelpful. We experienced this throughout the hotel, bar and restaurant. The food in the hotel restaurant was average at best as well as the mixed drinks at the bar. Walking across the street was a great treat with a large variety of options in the restaurant Plaza. This was our first time staying at the hotel and we quickly learned from talking with guests that stay there often that they did not recommend eating in the hotel and recommended going elsewhere. Many of the guests shared they have been coming there for over 10 to 15 years and that the service has gone down tremendously in the past couple years.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable hotel. Only complaint is that the self-parking fee seems a little pricey for just a surface lot.
