Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom, condo in the highly desirable golf community of Spring Run , Bonita Springs with views from living room,lanai and bedroom of the 8th green and lake.

Situated on a par 72 championship Audubon Certified Golf Course that winds through lush landscaping, it includes generous fairways and challenging greens designed by Gordon Lewis .If you choose the golf membership it gives you golf privileges for two, includes full use of club house, spa,fitness,tennis,bocce ,pool and other activities.The clubhouse was just renovated adding 7000 sq ft of space, a new fitness room, larger kitchen.

Our condo is within walking distance to the pool, walking/biking distance to the highly popular mall "Coconut Point" with dozens of restaurants and eateries in a beautiful Mediterranean style open air environment. Enjoy outlet shopping at Miromar Outlet Mall or upscale shopping and dining at Mercatto Naples .
Spring Run is close to the beautiful Barefoot beach, 8 miles, Fort Myers Beach and only 8 miles to the Fort Myers airport.

Great location

This unit is a nice one. Located in Spring Run, overlooking the 8th green making it very pleasant. Certainly could use some updating but in good condition. We had a very nice month there, and the community is also very nice, located so close to good shopping, restaurants etc.

Everything as advertised. Perfect condo with a great view

We were extremely pleased with this condo. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The furniture was new and very comfortable. The view from the patio was great overlooking the 8th green and we thoroughly enjoyed watching golfers put. We were a few steps from the pool as spa which was very convenient. Spring Run is a nice gated community with an excellent golf course which we played several times. We biked to the coconut mall from our condo for coffee several mornings. You won't be disapointed.

The unit was tastefully furnished and easy to find. We had a most enjoyable experience and will recommend to others. The owners were most cordial and helpful as needed. Overall, it was a terrific two months
