Family Vacay

The room smelled of smoke so bad that my eyes swelled up and my throat hurt. The appliances were dusty and dirty. Its really outdated and needs some serious upkeep. The sheets were stained badly. We had to sleep on top of the covers so we wouldn't touch them. This room shouldnt be more than 50 a night. We were called early by the property and told the room would be available at 230. When we arrived the lady was still cleaning, she said she had been cleaning the room for 3 hours and we waited outside the room for another 45 minutes. The room smelled so badly of bleach it was hard to breathe.

The pictures were not accurate. They were very misleading, or out of date. The room was FILTHY. Dead cockroaches on the floor. The room was so bad that we did not stay. I got a full refund because of the nasty misdealing room.

Unit was ok but very outdated. Door looked beat up, only had offered four towels for a family of five for a full week. Expected us to clean before leaving (which was fine because I would’ve done that anyway) but no dishwashing liquid nor kitchen towel/rags. Hot tub out of order and the pool/lazy river was nasty. Lazy river didn’t move as a lazy river, you had to use the wall to move yourself and the pool had gray bubbly foam in it Just didn’t communicate at all and I didn’t receive instructions and such until check in

Don’t wear white

This room had potential but missed the call. Don’t wear white socks. Floor was not cleaned from previous stay. We only had 2 working outlet. Sheet were stained and dirty. Communication with host started out good but after we got there and I tried to contact about issues he didn’t respond. If you expect more then you will be disappointed. Had fun at beach and all the activities. Stayed away from the room as much as possible. Bring you own sheets, we always do and very glad we did.
