- Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not permitted.
- Covered parking is limited to vehicles under 6 feet 5 inches. Taller vehicles must park across the street in the designated Oceans parking lot.
- Fireworks & Laser Pointers:
- The discharge of fireworks is prohibited and illegal within city limits.
- Laser pointers are not allowed on the property.
- Age Requirement & Rental Agreement:
- This property is ideal for families with children.
- If booking as a group of individuals, ALL guests must be 25 years or older.
- We do not rent to chaperoned student groups or individuals under 25.
- A signed rental agreement is required before check-in.
