Last minute one night stay at this property with my family. There were leftover shampoo and soaps in the shower from the person before us, grossed us out. Bathroom was not cleaned well at all, toilet shook when we sat on it. Property def needs some updating, especially the bathrooms. I used a tshirt in my luggage on my pillow because the hotel was just not clean. Staff at the front desk were super friendly and we didn’t bother to complain because we got in late and our kids were exhausted. We were also told we got the last vacant room so I’m sure there wasn’t much they could do.

Very comfortable rooms and beds. The hot tub looked really gross when we tried to use it. There were a LOT of kids around at the time. Breakfast could have been a lot better. They were only serving cold cereal and waffles but the waffle batter and syrup had run out so we had cold cereal and yogurt.

There were loud. Parties until after 2:00am had to contact desk 5 different times, before it was final resolved. AC went out first night, they asked if we wanted a different room. We said yes they walked away and we had to track them down half an hour later.(at 2 am) to get a new room. Business center was useless, really slow computer and the printer had been out of toner for weeks judging buy the printer queue. We left after 2 of 3 night booked and lost money because we had booked a no cancelation rate. This will not happen again.

The worst hotel stay in my life! Super dirty room, I had to ask to change the room. New one was LITTLE cleaner. Visitors of one of the room were fighting, banging on their room door and yelling half of my second night stay. It was very unsafe night and also with no sleeping! Very disappointed! It should cost $100 per two nights, not $530 dollars!!! I choose this hotel because it says “family hotel”, but how kids can stay in this dirty and unsafe conditions?!?!

Really, nothing. Outside was disappointing. Car with two flat tires, looking like it was abandoned, was parked near the front door. Not a good first experience with the hotel. The picture used to impress everyone with the quality of the hotel is actually that of the pool area.

Everything was good. I like the indoor and outdoor pool which was unique

The pool area is perfect for families. My grandchildren loved it! Breakfast bar was very nice. Plenty of choices for the kids. I would stay there again with the kids.

The outside scared me when I pulled up but the inside of the hotel was nice

They canceled our reservation! We did not stay there ! Said they had no record of reservations!

Kid friendly. Small room no place to hang towels or wash cloths Bathroom tub water faucet about to fall off. Did well with food during covid restrictions

No room service due to the covid. Had to find my own towels. Breakfast was a bag breakfast which there wasn’t even enough of them everyday. Room door keys kept locking up on me. Had to walk all the way to the front desk multiple times to have room keys reprogram. There are no elevators. Looks nothing like the pictures.

5 Days after daylight savings time they did not change the clocks in the rooms so I was late for a meeting. Shower temperature would not stay consistent when it was set

I thought the hotel was very nice. Had been recently remodeled. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Pool was pleasantly warm.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating with assisting with the room changes I needed because the bathrooms in the first 2 rooms were filthy. (Specially the toilets) The third room was decent until I pulled the white comforter back and it had a stain on the underside. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I went for a jazz festival and the cost for 2 days was $499 and this place was dreadful. People great accommodations terrible.
