No room service due to the covid. Had to find my own towels. Breakfast was a bag breakfast which there wasn’t even enough of them everyday. Room door keys kept locking up on me. Had to walk all the way to the front desk multiple times to have room keys reprogram. There are no elevators. Looks nothing like the pictures.

5 Days after daylight savings time they did not change the clocks in the rooms so I was late for a meeting. Shower temperature would not stay consistent when it was set

I thought the hotel was very nice. Had been recently remodeled. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Pool was pleasantly warm.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating with assisting with the room changes I needed because the bathrooms in the first 2 rooms were filthy. (Specially the toilets) The third room was decent until I pulled the white comforter back and it had a stain on the underside. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I went for a jazz festival and the cost for 2 days was $499 and this place was dreadful. People great accommodations terrible.

Had my GF book the room, but it was nice to see the pool open to 11pm, the pool area big enough to hold a small gathering of people, if needed, and a variety of games to play.

I really enjoyed the indoor pool area. The free breakfast was also pretty good. Every single staff member I talked to, were over the top friendly. There are a lot of restaurants very close to choose from. I also thought the beds were comfortable. But. I do think, at least the room I was in, could have used more vacuuming as well as the floor in the bathroom cleaned better. I absolutely would not say the hotel was dirty. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The pool area is out of control. Its only a matter of time before a child drowns in the disorganized chaos. Theworse part of the pool area is the hot tub. The one reward for an adult either having been on the road all day or as a reward for bringing his family to the pool for the night is the Hot Tub. Unfortunately from open til close the hot tub has no less than 20 little kids in it, including infants in diapers. Let me ask you something, when a child hits the water whats the first thing they do? Thats right, pee! The tub is so filthy you cannot see your leg through the water. Absolutely disgusting. Kids should NOT be allowed in the hot tub, especially unsupervised. Its dangerous and unhealthy. Then, all the entrances to the pool area are blocked open with the rugs. This is so a million friends and relatives can sneak in and enjoy the pool and hot tub that you paid for but cant use. This is the 2nd try with this place, never again.

There seemed to be a lot of brief comings and goings all night long by individuals that a reasonable person would consider a hood rat. Not to stereotype but I know odd behavior when I see it as most people would. Out of place visitors that just come in and then leave 5-10 minutes later throughout the night are very suspect to me especially when they have the appearance of a hood rat. There was so much noise and activity in the halls and rooms above us that sleep was out of the question. I left at 4am and there were still what I would call hood rats loitering in the parking lot as though it was an after hours club. At no time did my wife and children feel safe. Kids and infants are allowed in the hot tub which is nasty. The first thing a kid does when they hit the water is pee. I'm talking the hot tub had 12-15 little kids (4-5 yr olds) in it at all times. It would be like swimming in urine. I asked about it and there was only a rule if they are unsupervised. All in all, its an OK place but there is definitely an undesirable element that hangs out there.

I stayed here once before and had a bad experience. I complained and the manager promised improvements. Well, two years later, while there were some physical changes made, they were as effective as putting lipstick on a pig. First of, this is a two-story fully enclosed hotel with NO ELEVATOR! How can this hotel get away without being ADA compliant? Next, we check into the room and find BLOOD stains on the comforter (please see attached photo) We asked to be moved and we're put across the hall. While this room didn't have blood, the carpet was so filthy that my shoe stuck to it in one spot. Finally, the hot items on the complimentary breakfast were gone at 8:00 and we would have had to wait over 10 minutes for everything to finish cooking. Luckily there was a McDonalds down the street so we could eat breakfast and get on our way. Good thing, because the only available seating in the hotel's dining area was so stained that I was concerned about sticking to the seat. I will never make this mistake again. For the rate I paid, I expected so much more. I will happily pay twice that next time I'm in town to avoid this disaster again.

I paid $110 two Orbits for the room once I got there the lady at the desk charged my card for another $95 then when I brought it to her attention he avoided it and I took it to my bank so that they could put the money back into my account but meanwhile she charged me another $94 then she forwarded that and charged me $104 that they wouldn't take off my car so now basically paid $224 for the room the trip sucks

The hotel was nice but the only thing that I didn't like was the lady at the front counter was a little weird and stuck my ID and credit card in her mouth which was kinda disgusting.

Bathroom floor was dirty, shower temperature would change from hot to cold..shower curtain never stayed closed so water was all over the bathroom floor. Realized how dirty the floor was when I had to wipe up all the water. A lot of unsupervised children in the pool area

Spent two nights here with the kids on spring break. It was very family friendly. Very clean and comfortable for the price!
