This floor also provides a primary bedroom with en suite bath, full kitchen with breakfeast bar and cozy living. The upper level features a guest bedroom with a queen bed and separate family room with a murphy bed plus an additional full bath. The lower level family room offers a second murphy bed and full bath.

One spot is available in front of the garage as well as two additional parking spots within the condo parking lot.

THE LOCATION
Just a quick walk down Jackson street you will find yourself in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. Take a walk on the Boardwalk out to beautiful Grand Haven Pier and Lighthouse, spend a day at the beach, take a trolley ride or a charter fishing boat out to Lake Michigan. Spend the day shopping on Washington Street o. At night, be sure to catch a beautiful sunset over the Lake and watch the iconic Grand Haven Musical Fountain.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
