This Marriott property is in a nice part of town in a business park which was why it was confusing this property was so trashed, dirty and poorly maintained. I stayed for 11 days, and housekeeping never came by my room. I informed the front desk and their reply was housekeeping only comes by every 8 days…gross. I had to get my own towels and toilet paper from the front desk every few days. The pictures online does not do this property justice. The basketball hoop is about to fall off the backboard, the hallways are dirty, the doors are all marked up. People leave their trash and towels in the hallways and the trash receptacles around the property are almost always overflowing. There are many hotel options in Mt Laurel, i recommend to look elsewhere. The staff is friendly though, which added to the confusion on why the property was so dilapidated and poorly run.

Everything was great
Beware of this place. Now they charge for parking because of Covid which they should let you know ahead not when you get there. Ice maker in the room did not work. At check in the lazy person ignored when i would try to call front desk. There were 2 African American ladies in the morning shift that were great.
I like the promptness of the service but I didn’t like that when I first checked in, the room I had, the tv didn’t work. Other than that my stay was fine.
The hotel was okay. Due to Covid 19, the basketball court, tennis court and pool was closed which sucks.
Was able to check in a few hours early. Friendly staff. My son enjoyed the basketball court. Did not use the pool. Bottom did not look the cleanest, but mostly because we ran out of time during our 1 night stay. Room was spacious. Overall, decent place to stay!
Everyone i came in contact with was as professional as can be. From front desk, houskeeping, to breakfast staff.
The property was great. The room was pleasant and comfortable
Everything was great! The only issue was the toilet in in one of the rooms was not working properly.
Although the hotel itself is laid out identically to other Residence Inns, and the room setup is comfortable and pleasing, unfortunately the property itself is situated off a main intersection with no easy, obvious way to enter the parking lot. If traveling West on 38, one needs to take a long, inconvenient detour to get to the parking lot. If traveling East on 38, it is easy to miss the turn into the commercial community from which you would then reach an entrance into the hotel parking lot. There are no direct entrances from route 38 or the intersecting road into the hotel parking lot. I don't envision this hotel doing well unless they add an easier way to access the hotel. The included breakfast bar is ok, but the coffee was cold first thing in the morning, and some of the yogurts had gone bad. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and pleasing. Another important thing to note, although I thought that I was booking my hotel room directly through Marriott, it turns out that a booking service (they called it "expedia" although I never used expedia) had made the reservation. Because of that, I was not able to make any modifications to my reservation, including upgrading to a larger, more expensive suite.
Everything was excellent,Will stay there again whenever I visit the area
Very good stay for the price Free parking Decent breakfast Close to moorestown mall Available truck parking ( 2 spots)
Very clean and spacious. Enjoyed having full kitchen, sitting area, desk and kitchen table in my studio suite.
late night car problems forced me to get a local hotel and Residence Inn was near where my car was being fixed. Booked it on a discount site and arrived 30 minutes laters. Desk staff was efficient and friendly. Room was comfortable and impeccably clean if not luxe. Complimentary breakfast was pretty decent. Because of delays in my car repair I booked another night because the first night was so nice. Slept like a baby.
We stayed in the area to visit Philadelphia and staff was great and breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious and glad they are dog friendly.
