This was our second time staying here and I really like this hotel, from the courteous staff to the spacious, clean rooms they provide. Hotel is close to most everything from dining to shopping. Very chic and hip place! Definitely recommend!

The Music is too loud at the bar Pool should be open all night

It was a hotel I've wanted to visit for quite some time...and it did not disappoint! Comfy beds, loved the layout of the room and the bathroom was very clean.

We were given room 412 which happened to be on facing the street next to the night club next door. It was EXTREMELY noisy between the people screaming in the fire pit area and parking lot.

We stayed 3 nights. The shower door leaked. The toilet had to be repaired. We were disturbed every evening by sound from the live entertainment on the first floor. The design of the room is unusual but it probably allows better utilization of the space. The staff were friendly but not helpful. The AC unit was loud but effective. There were not enough luggage carts. The bed was comfortable.

We have stayed at Aloft a few times before, and always enjoy our stay. The location is about 20mins outside Philly, which makes it convenient as we have family North and South. We travel with a small dog, and they are always accommodating with him. Front staff is friendly, and the bar is always well-stocked. There was a wedding reception the night of check-in, which made things a little convoluted. But, we were able to check in easily and quickly. There is a restaurant next door, and a starbucks almost directly behind the hotel. Some of the downfalls: The hotel is showing some of it's age. We noticed stains on our carpet, some tears in the furniture in the lobby, and just overall wear and tear on the hotel. But, overall, it was clean and inviting. We will most decidedly stay again when we are back in the area.

The hotel was very clean, rooms spotless. Nice, and right next to Starbucks. Would recommend it

Overall good experience. Front desk associates were very accommodating.

Clean comfy room. No issues, would stay again. Great to have the food spots and music next door. Did not get a chance to visit pool and gym.

We arrived at the hotel around 10:00pm on a Saturday evening and were pleasantly surprised to find live music being played in the lobby/lounge upon our arrival. We stayed in the lounge listening to the music and socializing for almost two hours. This is a great place to hang out with friends and family, or even meet new people. There is a pool table and board games near the bar area, which means there is always something to do. The room was clean. The design is funky and modern - a great change from the usual bore of other neutral hotel chains! I would definitely recommend staying here. It would be a great place to stay with a group if you're in town for a wedding party or other event.

Good hotel, good environmental, clean rooms, great staff, prime location

The hotel was very convenient, had everything that was needed.

I love the breakfast options and entertainment at night. The bar area is nice with lots of places to sit and have a cocktail. Also very convenient that Miller's Ale House is literally right next door (in the same parking lot). Would stay here again!

We stayed at Aloft for Halloween and the hotel staffs were friendly, the room was clean and courteous. I would definitely come back.

Nice Hotel. Very convenient close to Interstate. Looking to stay there again.

The hotel is very nice. Has the modern minimalist look and the rooms are done,in ths decor. Not the most inviting of looks though and not exactly comfortable. You can also hear your next door and down the hall neighbors whe they party until 2:45 in the morning. I,can understand when people are in the hallway and are too ignorant to not speak in full voice or shout down the hall after midnight, which they were doing, but they were also able to be hear, loudly, through the wall nxt to us. Did not make for a pleasent nigjts sleep are an enjoyable way to end a night away for a birthday.

Aesthetically pleasing, nice vibe, accomodating staff

cool decorations, friendly staff, great amenities. Made staying away from home easy.

The location is gray. There's lots of shopping around. The hotel is chic... Very clean and the deco is very contemporary.

Sheets stained - they may have been clean but were past their useful life, bed makeup sloppy, pillowcases thin, heater was hideously loud. An old green piece of cardboard on the bed tells you a $5 rebate (in a catalog) is available if you don't wash sheets which just adds to the warm and fuzzies when the sheet is stained. The ceiling sheetrock was sloppy and poor design. Pocket door for bathroom is unnecessary and noisy. Just dumb. But the "Do not disturb" signs have become "Downtime" and there's other hip stuff. No box springs here, we're lofting it. Bar is nice. Restaurant next door is great. Staff were nice and helpful. What could have been...
