We've stayed in this hotel about 5 times now, and will almost certainly do it again when we're in the Philadelphia area; the location is convenient and the rooms are generally clean, and while the front desk service is normally excellent, there was a small inconvenience this time: when we walked in, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. Another woman had been there waiting several minutes before us. After another 5 minutes, a young woman who had been smoking outside when we walked in finally showed up, apologized for the delay and checked us in. While she may not have known about the woman waiting at the counter, we walked past her with bags in our hands, clearly on our way to check in; being left waiting while she finished her smoke seemed... less than accommodating.

Efficiency of front desk, cleanliness of the room, decent breakfast

A++++very clean and very friendly and helpful staff

Hotel room was clean but the breakfast options were below average.

We travelled with our two basset hounds. Were delighted by not having to pay a pet fee and the dogs enjoyed the little fenced area for them to explore.

The lack of communication. The lack of professionalism. The lack of having enough actively trained staff. The property is very dated and require a lot of service and renovations.

La Quinta Inn: Mt. Laurel, NJ property is poorly operated. 1: I had ants in the room including on the bed. 2: I had to ask housekeeping to remove the trash 3: I had to request twice for a coffee maker replacement because the available one was broken prior to my visit. 4: Saturday afternoon there was a confrontational argumentative situation which required someone getting local Law Enforcement involved 5: Dogs allowed inside the property (Disregard for customers with allergies) 6: Young children running and playing in the hall way, yelling, early morning and late night ( Unacceptable ) 7: I booked my reservation online making note to pay CASH in person. However, My card was charged and I was told at check out it could take a long as Seven Days for my card to be credited $155. Two Night stay (Unacceptable) 8: DOGS are allowed downstairs in the serving area where the Continental Breakfast was being served (Unacceptable) 9: As a State Inspector I was NOT impressed at all !!! I would absolutely FAIL this establishment "F" for all areas Mt. Laurel, NJ La Quinta Inn (Out of Compliance Completely)

Delightful stay. Bed were very comfortable. Only negative was the shower pressure which was very weak. Very clean, everyone was nice.

1. Heater made lot of noise 2. When guest in the room above walked, floor made hell lot of noise and I woke up multiple times 3. Room darkening curtains cover the window only partially and the whole night the parking lights kept the room bright and morning the sun came up to lit the room Overall couldn't have a continuous sleep

Wasn’t expecting a FIVE STAR experience but would have been happy if the rugs weren’t filthy and room didn’t smell like musty, old dirty shoes. Would have been happier if, when I was checking into my room, the maid cleaning the room across from me wasn’t SCREAMING at someone on the phone. I bought Lysol, and wipes. Sprayed and wiped my entire room down. Won’t book again unless major cleaning and updates.

Very clean rooms. Everything was excellent except one minor thing. Stayed two nights and regular coffee was "warm", not hot enough, during the breakfast although the breakfast was good. Front desk was friendly and prompt. Room cleaning was excellent.

Problem with AC - had to have someone come up to fix it just an attempt trying to get tip money. Complimentary Breakfast - inedible Hotel was Overpriced not worth it

Too many dogs. Smelley and noise due to squeezing doors at night.

This hotel was a great stay! Located close to a few restaurant for easy dinner options. Staff was great!! They were all very friendly. Breakfast was perfect! I didn't use the gym, but I walked by it. Very clean and nice equipment! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was conveniently located off of RT 73 an businesses and restaurants. The staff was very hospitable and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. If your looking for an affordable place to stay to get your money’s worth, this is your hotel.

My wife and I have family in the area, so in the past few years we've stayed at 5 or 6 hotels on Route 73 near Exit 4 of the Turnpike that are all in roughly the same price range. This was the worst of all of them. It's not like it was seriously bad; just somewhat rundown, and beaten by many comparably-priced hotels in the area. The temperature in the room could not be adequately controlled, and the maintenance man sent up had no idea what to do. I finally had to turn off the heat completely overnight just so the room temperature would naturally drop from an awful 78 degrees to a tolerable 74. The hook on the back of the bathroom door fell out when we tried to hang a towel on it. The amorous couple next door seemed to be enjoying themselves, but I wasn't really interested in hearing it. Getting a free breakfast was nice, but the food itself was mediocre and uninspiring. There are quite a few hotels of the same type in the area that are similarly-priced (e.g., Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hilton Garden Inn, DoubleTree Suites), and every one we stayed at was better than this one - the rooms were in better shape, the free breakfast many offer was better, the rooms were better. I recommend one of those.

Beautiful experience.. However the continental breakfast included bacon (pork).. Alot of ppl eat meat as myself, just not pork products
