It was an average hotel. Price was a bit on the high end for what you get ( Ive stayed much nicer places for less money ).

They dont clean your room unless you ask them. They charged me over $1000 for 2 weeks but didny have breakfast

I was charged twice for the room and still waiting on a refund.. I told the Clark that I had already paid and here’s the orbitz order, he still charged me for the room .. what a nightmare, never again

This property needs a lot of work done. The bathroom door had paint completely missing. We found a toe nail on the floor.

My room smelled like marijuana. The bathroom and linens were dirty.

A/C didn't work. Room had musty smell. (Pubic?) hair in tub. Poor mattress.

It was like 4 in the morning and the fire alarm goes off as long as 40 mins and I had get up at 6am. I stayed here before it’s a nice hotel.... But I know the fire alarm it wasn’t there fault so I’ll be back.

There weren't any bed bugs... There I said something positive. The fire alarms kept going off in the smoking room while we were vaping. Staff response was "that's the way they are..." and to open the door!!! in the morning housekeeping was banging on the door rushing us to check out an hour before check out time... Very disappointing!!!

not accommodating for non smokers the rooms need to be smoke free

very basic motel.Location just right.close to chery hill mall. a lot of options to eat around this place.

We had a nice stay there. We didn't have any problems.

Not good. I requested a non smoking room but when I checked in I was surprised to see that this company requested that I wanted a smoking room! They were filled up so we had to take a smoking room for 3 days! We were forced to breath that stuff (which was very thick) for 3 long days! The experience was horrible! Two days later, we're still coughing and one of my wife's eyes is very red!

The Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. The room was very nice.

I had a good experience at the hotel. The staff were nice, the room was clean .

The room was ok . It wasn't the best but you get what you pay for . The staff was very nice .

Everything was ok I have no complaints about the room or the staff
