I stay at Hilton properties as often as I can, in Hawaii, New York, California, etc because we can always count on the service being excellent, the rooms being clean, the food always good and a relaxing environment to have a cocktail if desired. We never fee like we are being bothered or rushed at all.. You can always count on a nice experience regardless of the Hilton property location.
excellent hotel with outstanding employees! they rock, are attentive, polite, and really care about you as a guest. everyone from the people cooking to servers to front office is good at making you feel like a welcome valued guest.
I stayed here not long ago and finally getting around to a review. It was nice to be close to restaurants and shops. The restaurant inside the hotel is not good. The maids don't clean. The manager is very rude. I heard children screaming and other noises all night.
I am a Lifetime Diamond member so I stayed at my share of HGI. This one has a nice location with many shops and restaurants nearby. It is convenient for me but I have always stayed at the Hampton Inn behind it. I usually prefer the breakfast at HGI so decided to try it this time. Room was very nice and clean. Staff is very aloof. No good morning, no greetings, etc. I went to breakfast and finally went up to the lady working there who never acknowledged me as she was too busy ready the cash register screen. I finally asked could I order and she took my order and eventually brought me my food. Never asked if I wanted a drink and I never heard from her again. Second day same thing but I caught her after she dropped off my food and asked for a drink before she could leave. Ordered two eggs over medium which came out brown instead of nice and white. Bacon was cold and tasted like it was made day before. I got sick after eating breakfast the first day so that’s why I simplified my order the second but to no avail. I noticed many of the breakfast plates both days going back with uneaten food or still sitting on tables with a lot of food. They need to look at what and the amount being sent back. It’s a good indicator of how it was. Also find a server who acknowledges you and follows up.
Excellent hotel in Montgomery. The staff is great, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is good and eggs cooked to order were properly done. Nice rooms that were clean and well serviced. Good place for business meetings
My AC went out at my home. I I needed a place to stay due to the excessive heat. I wanted to stay in a safe part of town close to my work place.I chose this Hilton Property because of their reputation and location.
My $60 wireless phone charger was stolen from my room. Although I reported this to an employee and spoke to the General Manager, no action was taken. Although I can't prove it, unfortunately, it appears that it was taken by a hotel employee. I even replied to their follow-up, "How was your stay?" email, where they guaranteed to make things right. I only received an automated response. My company has multiple clients in Montgomery, and we travel there frequently and require multiple rooms. I won't be using the Hilton Garden Inn, and I've advised others to avoid it for safety reasons.
This may have been the best hotel experience we have had. I have stayed at many hotels in the area on business, but this one will be our go to in future. Clean, easy check in and out, and friendly staff. We will be back.
Clean room, comfortable bed. Good location for my trip. Staff is very nice. Small restaurant at hotel, great restaurants close by. Price compares to other hotels in the vicinity. I will stay the next trip.
Hotel is impeccably clean , staff lovely and helpful, breakfast choices nice , and it is in a great location ... we even had dinner watching the US Open at the bar one evening . Food was excellent .... a wonderful 3 day stay ..... The super friendly manager does a great job ....
