The hotel was easy to locate. The check-in was quick and easy. The room was small for it to be a suite. They looked to be the same size as a regular guest room just with partial wall separation to distinguish the too. The air conditioner was entirely too loud so the good night's sleep was out of the question. One suggestion for Marriott, please provide USB ports for guests.
This is typical Fairfield Inn. The common areas are well maintained and inviting. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is convenient from freeway, though it is a north side hotel and we were traveling south. Traffic downtown is usually bad, so not ideal for us.
Our children live in Pike Road. We recently stayed her for the birth of our grandchild. This hotel was awesome. From check in to check out it was great. The breakfast was the best I have seen in the USA. They had everything you could have wanted. The rooms were clean and spacious. We will stay there again on our trips to Montgomery --which will be many!
The Fairfield Inn was clean and modern. Good Wi-Fi. Within walking distance to restaurants and COSTCO. Close to the interstate for easy access to Montgomery or on your way to Atlanta, GA. No reason to stay closer to Montgomery and pay more for a good room.
We stayed there June 18, 2017 on the third floor. Ms. Cassandra was so helpful at the front desk. After driving 11 hours it was nice to have a smiling face to greet you. She gave me directions to the local Walmart because my daughter had forgot to pack something. Every housekeeping person we met was friendly and helpful as well. On our return trip, we stayed there June 24, 2017 on the second floor. It was late when we checked in after driving 14 hours, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and my girls enjoyed the pool and exercise equipment. The only problem was that the TV didn't work in 211 but it was time to check out we notice it. the third floor was much quieter than the second. All is all we had a great stay. The Oakes
I stay at a lot of Fairfield Inns when I travel for work and I have started staying at them for pleasure visits as well. We were passing thru Montgomery on a long drive and got tired so decided to stay. This hotel offered everything that we come to expect from Fairfield. A comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, room, and linens. A decent hot breakfast. Sadly our night the pool was out of commission but that's OK. We were not overly inconvenienced by this occurrence. I am never super wowed by their pillows (I hate feather and feather like fill pillows) and I am definitely not a fan of the terrible thru the wall air conditioning units but those are corporate decisions, not the independent hotel's.
Stayed here beginning of June for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Found the facility to be extremely clean and well maintained. Our room was also extremely clean, quiet and had a very comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast has lots of good choices. This was our seventh hotel on our trip so I had a lot of other Fairfield's to compare it to. Location was convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. I have to commend the manager for obviously being on top of things at this hotel. I was told it is seven years old and it certainly didn't feel like a seven year old hotel. Felt much newer and fresher. We will definitely stay here again and again.
This hotel has a great lobby. It is clean and the rooms are decent. We found it easily and there was plenty of room to park. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, but regulars told us that the lady that usually runs the breakfast was out for the day. The staff seemed overwhelmed on the morning we were there. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Clean, quiet, and comfortable. EastChase is the place to stay in Montgomery. Fairfield Inn have staff that want to help you and make sure you are comfortable. Breakfast here is the same as major hotels in the area. But they allow you to bring supper in and use their Breakfast Area. We also used the area to play board games with the family. Would stay here every time I come to Montgomery.
I loved the super comfortable bed and the large bathroom. It was good to be able to walk across the street for dinner or to pick up a few things. Close to the highway and reasonably priced, this was a very good hotel. The free breakfast was very good and it is a well maintained and typical Fairfield inn and Suites.
