Really enjoyed my stay, no complaints best hotel staff especially the breakfast best in Mobile in my opinion
easily accessible, great breakfast included, nice area by outdoor pool, fan in room was noisy.
I initially set up one room for my daughter and I. But we were going for a cheer competition and I ended up taking more than one child, I ended up with 4 kids. So when I checked in, I asked the receptionist if they had any rooms connecting with double beds. Which they did not but had some with king beds connecting rooms. She gladly handled the change for us and it was the smoothest process, no attitude or anything. This hotel was absolutely beautiful! Even more gorgeous at night. An all around great experience. I would definitely suggest this hotel to my fellow cheer moms and kids if we have to go to competition in Mobile again.
Very helpful! Security guard made my early morning departure feel very safe. Extremely polite ! I highly recommend the mobile Marriott
The purpose of my trip was to be close to the Lawn Haven cemetery and family. I couldn't have picked a better hotel. I was within minutes of both. The hotel was very nice (pool was being repainted) and everyone I met was very courteous. One question I had that housekeeping that day couldn't answer (she didn't understand my question) was if the hotel had unsented lotions, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner. As someone who is fragrant sensitive; I cannot tolerate the scent in what the Marriott is using now. Not every man or woman can handle strong scented soaps, lotions, and shampoos. The buffet was nice the morning I ate there. I did NOT see (and couldn't communicate to housekeeping again) where the door tag was for "I'd rather have the 500 points than have my sheets and towels changed". I still rate a 5 because as my complaints are minor issues. Everyone was courteous and did their best to meet my needs.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay including the bartender/waitress at the restaurant. The room was very comfortable and the bedding was great. The only Con is that there isn't a microwave in the room. Other than that I have no complaints for this stay. Also it's very convienant to shopping airport and downtown.0
The hotel looks really old. The room wasn't good. The staff was not friendly. The pool was always closed. The gym was dirty.
We went for a concert. Loved the hotel. Location was great. Right next to mall. Close to restaurants. Nice city. Great stay.
Great room for the price. Very clean and friendly staff. Very Close to where I needed to be. I would stay here again.
Hotel is kept very clean (room and public areas). The front desk and lobby lounge staff were excellent. I will stay here on next trip to Mobile.
The staffs were very polite and the location of the hotel was quite easily accessible to a lot of shops and restaurants. The room was neat and tidy as well.
This hotel was supposed to be remodeled...I can't imagine what is was like before...breakfast buffet (if that is what is was) over priced and undercooked...location is good if you want to shop and eat...I didn't see many other places to stay in this area...
Hotel room was great, hotel restaurant has a very bad service. No greeting at entrance, slow service, buffet incomplete.
hotel room was nice and quiet..wish they would give free internet
I stayed at the Mobile Marriott on business for one night. The hotel was clean, service was fantastic and food was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!
The hotel is beautiful and in a nice location. The room was very comfortable.
We were in Mobile to visit family and do some site seeing. We were close to family, close to downtown and close to the interstate so getting around was very easy. The bell desk staff were very helpful and friendly. One down side was that one night during our stay (we were there for four nights) the room had not been serviced. The bell staff did the best they could to get us clean towels, etc. But the room should have been cleaned, especially since the housekeeper saw us leave the room.
We were in Mobile for a wedding and spent three nights at the Marriott. It was located close to everything we had to do and right next to a great mall and lots of restaurants. The room was spotless and the bed was heavenly. The fitness center was the best too. There was no indoor pool, which would have been nice. There also was no free WiFi, which even less expensive hotels have now days. Every phone call made was $1.00 too.
Our stay at this hotel was nice. We were not there long but were pleased with what we saw. The only thing I have a problem with was the price. I believe it was a little steep.
